Absolutely some of the best wantan mee I’ve ever had in my entire life!!! Be careful of their opening hours- I would go right around 12-1pm bc they will run out and stop serving! But I absolutely recommend this roadside stall- you’ll be amazed by the quality and tastiness.

One of the best wonton noodles I've had! The noodles are springy yet thick enough for some chewiness. Pork and wonton on the side are alright but not as good as the noodles.

From my opinion, i think this is one of the best. Consistent in wan tan mee taste and price is very reasonable. However, depending of number of customers, when rushing to make a plate of noodles, the taste may go off sometimes. Nevertheless, still the best in my opinion. Hope they keep up the good cooking!

Been searching for nostalgic kochabi wanton mee with much disappointment until I found this! The taste is subtle but awesome & unique on it’s own, unlike many of which noodle is tainted with strong lye water taste that sellers have to mask it with thick dark soy sauce, the wantons are fresh with pork umami wrapped in soft tender skin. However the downside is char siew is not those proper cantonese roasted style, instead it is the thinly sliced kochabi style with red coloring (can omit them if you want). You may opt to have them with sambal to level up the spiciness but I like my original with the green chili pickles. Truly a hidden gem.

Corner stall... under a tarp, very cosy. Table of 3 to ourselves. Noodles were cooked to perfection. Condiments generous for the price. Sauces were typical 'wonton mee' from when I was growing up. No surprises, brough a smile to my face.

That was perfect! The large portion is actually large and the taste is super UMAMI. I paid only 7 MYR.

Found another hidden gem of great haeker food on the island. This uncle has been selling this wonderful traditional Wan Tan Mee for a long time. It's noodle is soft n smooth where it's homemade. The dumplings is tasty n delicious. Price is very reasonable. One to look for good hawker food must venture n discover thru exploring.

The wan tan mee very tasty, is a must eat when you are at Penang during weekdays, as it only open weekdays until 530pm. Got small, medium and large portion to order. Remember to mix it with the sambal.. Really damn nice!
