This koay teow thng (ktt) stall is located in the Air Itam market annex food court. There are 2 stalls here & the more popular one is the inner stall after the entrance.
Waited about 15 minutes for our take away order as some earlier customers had ordered at least 5 packets each.
A lot of ingredients, including minced pork, pork slices, fishcakes & fishballs. Reasonably priced at rm4, soup is tasty though one can feel a tad thirsty later.

Serving one of best local Kuay Teow Theng in Penang. Worth a wait, waiting for 30 mins for one plate of this but the minced meat is so delicious!

The kuey teow thng is very comforting to eat. Tasty soup with great minced meat. Do be patient as the stall is crowded and busy, but worth the wait ..

The very best koay teow thng on the island bar none. Cheap n extremely good with plenty of goodies for only RM 4.00(S) n RM 5.00(L) ( Note: prices quoted are before the serious inflationary spiral of 2022.) Only downside is you might have to cool your heels for an hour waiting for food to be served. Yes, the queue of customers can be that long. Sharing a table is common. Parking is a nightmare around here though, so be warned. New hotel 50 m away has provided more parking bays so that's a good thing. Otherwise, get ready to walk 200-300 m to the stall.

One more thing. Come in shorts n light t-shirt coz place is warm. This is no Coffee Bean, ok.

Great tasting instant-cooked minced pork Koay Teow Thng(minced pork noodle soup) & good value for money. Expect half hour waiting time. You must remind the hawker every 10mins to ensure you are not missed out. Sold out by 12 something.

The inner store Koay Teoh Thng is very nice, be prepared to wait a bit as the owner took his time to prepare the food. But the taste is worth the wait. Recommended

湯頭偏甜，生意好。需要等約15分鐘。

It was 4/5 star all the way.
This particular meal was slip shot, seems double dose of soy sauce while cooking the pork mix paste.
Just a bit to mentioned, it was best during the father in law's era, the pork meat paste was freshly prepared in the morning and sell for the day.
Nowadays it was prepared and stored in freezer.
The pork flavour had reduced.

A waste of time, the aunties are dismissive towards your orders. There is no system of serving and you need to be physically within their visionsphere for you to get served. If you are not, get ready to "plead" time after time to have my bowl of koay teow after 30, 40 minutes. Mine got served after 1 hour with less koay teow - mixed with noodles. Small RM5. Big RM6. Portion is small. Taste average.

Ridiculously long wait and the auntie will just let anyone cut queues if you're not there. Waited for so long and auntie kept lying the others come first when we stood there for 30minutes right in front of them while the others who just arrived stuffed her the money and she 's ok with it. Didn't manage to get our takeaway noodles in the end after 40minutes standing there.

Read the owner's comments on the average wait of 30-60minutes for a bowl of noodles. This is not even a fine dining it is just an inefficient hawker food stall.

Lousy place went ever, ordered and waited for 1 hour but in the end no food is served. Bravo
