They were recommended to me by others and I am glad I kept their contact. Mr. Koay and his team made the whole process easy and smooth for us. We didn't have to worry about anything because everything was provided for. All information of what available service were shared with us and it was clear to us. They did not pressure us into getting anything extra except from whatever we chose. Even when we were not sure the S size coffin would fit and was prepared to go for a bigger one if needed, Mr. Koay assured us S would be just nice. If they wanted higher profit, they would have suggested the bigger one right? So I see them to be a business with honest people.

I would also like to thank Mr. Hong who was in charge of the sea scattering process. He was kind and helpful especially towards my elderly mother who needed help going up the boat.

It is because of their efficiency and assurance, we were able to grief properly and say our goodbyes well.

One downside is that it can be quite hot at their place of ceremony. I suggest to perhaps place another cooler fan there 😁

Very nice people who genuinely are there to help with the last rites for our pets. They did a good job helping me to send off mine. I recommend having some keepsake of your pet if you feel like you might miss them too much.

My Pet Funeral go above and beyond all expectations, today we lost our Boy Olive and were in Grief, we wanted to honour him and we called My Pet at 7:20am. First of all having someone answer at that time and even though not yet open agree to do everything required to send off our boy was unbelievable.

The best pet funeral service so far..Hope can specialize in indian tradisional way of doin the funeral by providing special cloth.
