Came here after checking in and we were famished. We were looking for 24 hour option near the hotel (sunway hotel) and the hotel staff recommended us to head over to this place for some decent food.

1. Ayam Maggi goreng was pretty damn amazing for us. The maggi had a faint taste of curry powder which we felt elevated the whole dish. The ayam was simply amazing, even the chicken breast was soft and tender enough
2. The drinks here were done well, pretty darn good milo ice.

However the roti canai felt a little too healthy, where it barely had any oil on it. Additionally, it did feel like it was a little too undercooked- would have preferred it slightly more crispy

The Nasi Kandar and the Chicken Tikka is delicious. It suits our taste buds! Definitely will return when we go to Penang again.

Our all-time favourite choice. We would look for this restaurant in every town that we went to.

Indian Muslim restaurant with tasty food and a nice place to sit with family or friends.

My favourite dishes are Sup Kambing with Naan (Mutton soup with flat round bread). Nasi Kandar (white rice) with a variety of curry is also very delicious.

Don't understand how they can only be 3.7 stars.

Food's really good here.

Chanced upon this place after a massage and I was not disappointed.

If you're a foodie visiting Kuala Lumpur, you simply must try Pelita, one of the best Indian Muslim restaurants in the city. Their Nasi Kandar is absolutely delicious, and they're open 24 hours a day, so you can satisfy your cravings anytime!

Located near the iconic Petronas Towers, Pelita is centrally located and easily accessible for tourists. The open-air concept of the restaurant is lovely, and the cleanliness of the space is impressive.

The menu at Pelita is diverse, and the prices are very reasonable, making it an affordable option for budget-conscious travellers. One dish that you must try is their Roti Canai, which is freshly prepared and incredibly delicious. However, make sure to arrive before 11:00am or in the late afternoon/evening if you want to try it freshly made.

Overall, Pelita is highly recommended if you enjoy Indian food. It's a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious, affordable food in Kuala Lumpur. With their 24-hour service, convenient location, and open-air concept, Pelita is the perfect place to satisfy your cravings for authentic Indian food.

I highly recommend trying the Mee Goreng— it's a must-try dish. You can elevate its deliciousness by pairing it with a fried egg or fried chicken, creating the perfect combination. This simple meal has the power to brighten your day and leave you feeling content. Give it a try and indulge in the delightful flavors it has to offer.

We have tried manytimes nasi kandar before but for the first time we had a chance to tried nasi kandar pelita (pertama) when we stayed at tune hotel jalan burma. Then we knew that nasi kandar pelita is one of the best nasi kandar at georgetown. The restaurant not too crowd and abit quiet because very spacious place. We visited that place at the morning of weekend so we ordered breakfast menu murtabak and roti canai. We had a pleasured about taste, place and price so we plan to visit again if we are in georgetown.

My first nasi kandar on my first time coming to Penang. Had their own nasi kandar, mie goreng and tandoori corners. Their nasi kandar is just right. Their fried shrimp is the best. Opt the rice to nasi biryani for more spices hints. Had poori which practically fried naan, served only during breakfast time. I had roti tissue as dessert. Nice.

Came here for lunch before we took a stroll to Pinang Peranakan Mansion. The place was noticeable from the road. We went straight to choose our dish from the menu. Personally I don't know what dish did I pick, but turns out I enjoyed my plate. For an Indonesian like me, Nasi Kandar is the Malaysian version of Nasi Padang. One key to have a nice plate of Nasi Kandar is maybe mix all the sauce, just like the server suggest me to do (haha). The place was clean and overall it was a nice experience for my first Nasi Kandar.

As local as it gets without being shabby. Kids love the Roti Tisu (it was big! For my 9yo) and Roti Kaya. Fast service as they have separate sections.

Surprisingly its really good... the white rice is soft and the curry it self eventhough looks very gravy but it didn't give a very strong and depth flavour yet its quite mild for me and gives a bursting flavour in the mouth.... its a recommended one for me if you like spicy curry food then you can try this in penang
