Firstly, this is not where listed on GMaps. It is inside the Sentral terminal on level 2.
Second, we all know the drinks are good.
Third, trash. Tealive need to take more responsibility for the plastic waste they produce. Thousands of plastic cups per day across the country. There is no point taking them recyclable and then washing your hands when they don't get recycled. this is greenwashing. Make the cups biodegradable.
Fourth, this place is filthy. 5 tables with trash on, the bin is overflowing, customers having to wipe their own tables. Don't blame the girls behind the counter, who is the manager here? Get your hands dirty and manage your outlet. Do the work yourself.

The 3 female workers were on their phones and gave very bad customer service. My drink order was wrong, and I was given very unfriendly attitude from all 3 of them when I addressed it. My order was not fixed or replaced, nor did I receive any apology for their mistake. The drink itself was very weak in tea flavor, essentially paid for milk.

The seating area is a mess with old drinks and receipts everywhere. I give it a 0/5 star.

Service was bad. The place was practically empty but no one cleared the tables. I asked for clarification on certain drinks but still ended up getting the wrong drink anyway. The drink itself was tasteless....all you could taste was milk. Not coming back. At least not this branch.

The workers have not giving their attentions on work. All they do is taking right orders from customer and making different drinks. We customers are paying for the drinks that we don’t order and this issue happens today (24/8/2022). Please do take notes on this.

Hi, Im really disappointed with your services at branch Penang Sentral. She is cashier and frontline. She’s lucky, I dont know her name and I not keep my receipt. She must to know how treat customer and how to communicate with customer. She is really annoying and too rude. I hope you give her training or search google how to communicate with customer. No manners ! All staff also lots of laughter from work. I take too long to get my tealive. One more thing, I request and I paid. I should get what I requested. But it is really terrible. I choose smoothies horlicks and I got water and ice with horlick it is too liquid . Thank you tealive for your serve 👎🏻

That certain race woman keep talking to guy while handling your drinks way too slowly, ignoring the line at the counter.

The worker just playing the phone . I was there and they saw me but not taking any order

8.30 pm already closing? What branch of tealive like this..Tealive should see the worker work and close to early..at the web it said 10pm closed
