All the products are well arranged and the store is not messy, although it is quite narrow in between the racks. The staffs are helpful.
Located at the third level of Queensbay Mall, just walking distance from Queens Hall foodcourt.

Nice attitude, nice rabbit's food, but can u keep a more space for rabbits? because they are animals, not objects! The rabbit looks very depressed and sad, at least keep a pair for it!

Very irresponsible service attitude. I was planning to buy a hamster today. I told the young Indian salesman and ask about one of the hamster that looked so cute and fatty then he is like randomly answer me my questions then I went to see the cage, sand and food all after that I decided and I told him that I wanted to buy that hamster . I scared he take the wrong one and I keep asked him to come and try to show him which one that I choose to buy , but he didn't even look at it and responded that I knew it I knew it ???? and then he told me whether you want to take it home now or go shopping or walk around still , I told him I plan to have my lunch first and I asked I can just bring along right ? he said otherwise you should go for a walk and then come back to pick up the pet, I said that's fine, so I need to pay first or leave the phone no to you and he said no need , and he said if you pay and you only can leave your hamster here within 10 min , then I said so I go eat first right then come back and get it ? He said yes ! After that I finish my lunch and all I come back, I saw that he ignored me, so I took the pet’s cage and food went to him and asked hi I come back to bring my pet home now then he look like nothing happen and told me the pet is sold!!!!!! I was very angry, and I argue with him he even dragged his friend (another salesman) to backup him , he was not responsible at all, he had no intention to serve me and he is totally perfunctory me when I’m asking a lot of questions , please if you don’t have responsibilities and love pls don’t work in pets shop , you are KILLING PEOPLE HOPE with your irresponsible attitude !!!!!!!

The clerks in this place have communication barriers and I wish they could be more sincere to customers instead of just taking a break all day long.
