Peneram Kak Yan Langkawi

These little mini hot donuts were so stinking good! They were not to excessively sweet and had a super unique flavor. They let us taste one before we bought any, which was super nice. And the ladies were all so kind!

Delightful! Not too sweet with airy pockets of fluffy goodness. Besides peneram, they also sell other traditional snacks (karas, kapal terbang, batang buruk and some cold bottled drinks). The staff is very friendly too. Definitely a must visit place when you're in Langkawi!

super good! they let u try 1 first which is good. they cooked it on the spot so u get u peneram hot from the pan. rm5 for 50pcs, super cheap too. its on the way to langkawi skycab, so u wouldn't miss it. they sell other kuih too, but this one is a must have. bought a few tub and reheat using airfryer, super crunchy!

This is a must stop place for peneram or non peneram lovers. The peneram is just soo good you wouldn't want to stop eating. They also sell other kuih (the tapai is also fresh and good) too. Can be nominated as one of the wonders in Langkawi 😆.

I'm not a fan of peneram but the family loves it, they said the best after those sold in Changkat Jering. They are made and fried fresh, and quiet cheap, too. RM3 for 30 pieces.

Wonderful local delicacies. Also known as black doughnut for overseas traveller. A must visit and have it fresh. A must stop visit for food lovers if you are in Langkawi. MUST TRY!!!

My second trip to Langkawi. The exact same girl serves me and asked me to try out their kuih before buying. It is worth it, cheap and delicious!

The best traditional Peneram cookies stop in Langkawi. You can AATD / Selfie with peneram Statue beside the stall too.. Unique place & Best place to visit for having evening snacks while taking pictures.

Singgah sini dulu sebelum balik KL. Ternampak orang recommend kat tiktok. Saya perasan orang langkawi ni owner business tu sendiri yg turun padang untuk menjual. And Kak Yan sendiri yang buat peneram tu. Bukan gajikan staff semata 👍🏼👍🏼 Kak Yan sangat friendly. Ada ke disuruhnya kami makan peneram dia sampai kenyang 😭 Kuih peneram dia sedapppp. Ada rangup rangup & tak manis sangat. Makan panas2 sedap gilerrr. Harga pun affordable (25pcs for MYR3. Thank you Kak Yan. Semoga business makin maju. Aamin!
