This place is free to visit. It's not a very big place to tour, but it is worth visiting. First, we enter P. Ramlee archive, which story and showing off P. Ramlee items. And then straight to real P. Ramlee's house, and it is well maintained until today.

Visiting the house where P. Ramlee was born and raised was something nostalgic. We watched his movies too many times and finally being able to be in his house was too good to be true. Such a classic house made of wood and nipah. Our children were excited to see all the items inside the house and keep asking about every single things of it.

It's a wonderful experience to learn about the history of a legendary actor, singer, classic film director and song composer, the late P.Ramlee.

Great place to learn about the legendary Tan Sri P. Ramlee. The house look neat and clean. Gave a glimpse about his early days. Also available some personal items of Tan Sri P.Ramlee. Free parking inside. Free admission. Guard is also friendly

P Ramlee is an iconic film star for all malaysian..everybody knew him from his evergreen film. Youngsters from all races should learn from his past experience.

Rumah P.Ramlee in Penang is where this Malayan legend actor lived in his life. In the house, it displays his history, films, garments etc. Worth to visit to appreciate his great contribution to Malay film.

The house is very small and probably take about 10 minutes to complete reading his stories on the wall. However we were lucky that the caretaker was sharing the late P Ramlee's stories since childhood. He is a resident in the kampung and the stories were from his late grandfather, sekampung katanya. We then visited the Galeri P Ramlee besides the house. Nicely done by Arkib Negara Malaysia to preserve a Malaysian legend. You can even buy replica posters of his famous movies Overall, recommended to visit in Penang.

The experience is amazing.A Personal historian gave us a brief private life of Our greatest lagend. Have Fun and dont forget Penang kandar rice dishes.

I would expect more interactive exhibition from this museum.

While it’s a well kept free museum, I do feel more can be done for the legendary P Ramlee.

Other than that, very educational and inspiring to be in this place! A must visit for p ramlee fans.

I highly recommend coming to the P Ramlee mini museum and house. It's like vising the Elvis of Malaya's house. He has done plenty for the Malay cinematic and literary works. Coming here was truly inspiring to do better for myself as well. He achieved so much and died pretty young.

Very interesting place to visit

Ada rasa rindu dan sayu bila melawat tempat ni.

We walked from our hotel, so i dont remember about parking.

I recommend all Malaysian to visit this place, our legend’s house.

I cried a little. PRamlee is a great man. The best among us. But coming to where it all begins, shows that he was also a humans. He was just like us, all started with a humble beginning.

Such a great initiative by the Arkib Negara and every involve to have this monument here. Penang is hustling and bustling but this house really stand out as something that we need to look forward to visit at least once to pay the respect.
