Dr drained out the earwax in my right ear within 10mins. It was cleared immediately.
Dr also gave a brief talk on how to clean your ears properly.
Eardrops n medication was given. Total cost is RM 220.

I had an ear problem for a month. Last Saturday I went to this clinic and not until 1 hour my ears recovered. Although the clinic environment is not so wow but the treating doctor is very good.. a brief, compact and easy to understand. Staff also good though not friendly.. Overall I am very satisfied.. Just went to Clinic Minden as my hearing was muffled. No wax removal required, my inner ear has some liquid that was not draining properly to the throat. Consultation + medication = RM 95.

Recommended. Doctor is patient and takes his time to explain what's going on and the medication he's prescribing.

This is the place to go for ENT - it’s their specialty. I went for wax removal of both ears and nose & throat inspection after a poor and useless experience at another local “Jack of all trades” clinic. The clinic doors are open at 9:30am and the receptionist will book you in. It fills up quickly with patients, so getting there early pays off if you have things to do. At 10am Dr Satish sees his first patient as prioritised by the receptionist. I was lucky enough to be first. He has a big office with all the appropriate equipment and after an examination and discussion he did the wax removal procedure on both ears which was painless, quick and efficient and felt like I had new ears afterwards. I was prescribed and given some meds also. I was out at 10:30am a happy patient. Total cost 300 MYR exam, treatment and meds and worth every penny. I noticed the waiting room was full at 10:30 with about 10 patients waiting. Good experience for me.

Dr.Satish is very professional and friendly. i like the way he treated patient. he would find the cause of the problem so that he can treat us effectively. the only cons is just the receptionist lady. not really friendly and sort of warning me that the treatment cost for ears treatment only is more than rm300 when i asked her that i wanted to check my throat also. end up all i hv to pay is just rm140 for ear,nose and throat checkups and medications. thumbs up for Dr.Satish.

Outstanding experience!! The doctor explained the medical condition and problems of my ear very precise and easy to understand. What can cause it and how we could resolve it. The doctor is very kind and calm. He answers all questions in detail.

I got my ear cleared of blockage! However the machine is pretty old and the noise is crazy loud. Ear wax cleaning is slightly higher in price at Lam Wah Ee cause they have newer equipment, less painful and quieter.

I got an appointment for the same day directly after calling. Very professional doctor who explained my pains in a very easy way. Prices were fair, I got a consultation and medication (antibiotics and inflammables) for 190 MYR. Definitely recommended!

Just went to this clinic because of my ears problem..Doc explain well..said my ear wall gt damaged bcz of using cottonbat...doc said dont ever use cottonbat inside ur ears, jz clean outside..he done microsuction for my both ears,i scared tat wil b pain but seriusly itz no pain at all (abit dizzy once done tat)..receiptionist is ok..hopefully my both ears get well aftr use their medications✌.price is reasonable..

I am a first timer. Good experience from booking the appointment to the treatment. I had a blocked and compacted earwax. Done in a jiffy.

Dr Satish is a good listener and communicator. . He explained not just the current steps we need to take but also the root cause of the problem and how we can minimize that.. . I am very impressed.
