This basement car park is very convenient for going to Pulau Tikus Market and the surrounding restaurants. It is clean and well lit. There are security guards patrolling the car park. The rates are much more expensive than roadside parking.

From 6am to 12pm: RM2.50 for the first hour and RM2.00 for every subsequent hour.

From 12pm to 12 midnight: RM2.00 for the first hour and RM1.00 for every subsequent hour.
