Always a fan of Popular bookstore, love this particular Lotus's bookstore the most, the book arrangement, the access of carpark, everything.
Prefer to have more staff that eligible to search the book, as I went, few staffs there, but none of them able to search the book, but only mention the PIC on leave and not around.
Definitely will go again but look forward to better service.

The service is quick and efficient.The person working at the counter helped me to locate where they place their writing pads as I wanted to purchase the writing pads made by Popular itself.They also have attractive offers and today I used the twenty percent gift certificate which is valid till 18 September.This outlet of Popular is located inside Tesco Tengku Kudin so you can drop by after you have shopped for your groceries at Tesco.

Place for stationary n books.. But dknt expect they have all ur needs because it kind of small.. But their services quite good rather than others shop in penang.. 😊
