The Dr is very gentle and good at explaining. They even call me to follow up a day after my surgery. Very kind dr and good service from the nurse also!

This afternoon I went to the dental clinic for teeth scaling. This was my second visit to the clinic. The staff are courteous and provide good service.. Dr Diong, the young and humble dental surgeon, is friendly, caring and meticulous in dental scaling. He explains in details what he is doing. Excellent service. Visited Dr Diong for scaling at first I was a little nervous due to my bad experience with other dental clinics. However he is very professional and takes the time to explain to me the condition of my teeth and how he cleans it. The whole procedure took about 45 mins and I was really happy how clean my teeth turns out. Very clean and I will definitely visit and look for Dr Diong again ! Thank you very much Dr Diong!!!

I was in need of an immediate tooth filling after having arrived in Penang. Came across this place as I was staying nearby. Called to request the nurse for an immediate appointment if possible due to the enduring immense pain. Initially, was told the earliest possible would be tomorrow. Fortunately, they called me back a bit later and told me they can accomodate due to my condition, and to go immediately. Many thanks to Dr Diong who attended, assessed my tooth, answered my queries, and fixed my tooth. Very good professional service, as I can be very nervous at the dentist. Thumbs up and thank you.
