The sales person who attended to us was no other that Ms.Eileen Khaw. I saw that she also received good reviews from other customers as well. She was very helpful to us. We bought our items during MCO and we had to deal with delivery delays and stoppage of factories. But she was very attentive and responsive to our requests. Transaction was seamless and hassle free. We can make our final payment on the same delivery date itself. Seriously, I have dealt with many other sellers who insists that we make full payment before they can make deliveries. As if we will run off with their furniture! 😝

Although a bit delay to get new sofa and mattress . But overall Good sale service by Jessie also get nice service from installation team. Is a nice experience from Cubic.

I purchased a sofa back in August 2020 with Eileen, it was my first stop of furniture shopping and I decided to place order, due to the sofa was really comfortable and especially great service by Eileen. Due to the lockdown my new house renovation keeps delayed and the i also revised the sofa delivery date multiple times, Eileen and team was able to help to make the adjustment and arrangement and proper follow up. Sofa delivered in Sept 2021 in good condition with minor issue, Eileen also did help to follow up on sofa conditions after the goods delivery. friendly delivery team as well. Kudos to the team.
