Good experience so far with this vet. Doctors and staff are professional. Price is acceptable.
Overall would recommend.

I have one suggestion for improvement. If got customer walking due to emergency and pet have alarming symptoms like bleeding, vomit blood, not responsive, please don't make customer wait for their turn to see doctor. Please at least check if the condition is treatable at the clinic or the customer need to take pet to other emergency vet. As the faster the pet can get treatment, the higher odds to survive.

Hope can take my suggestion into consideration. Thanks you for taking care of our furry friends.

Bring my cats to vaccination and the doctor really friendly and checking their body thoroughly. i did’nt have enough carrier and they act really fast by providing the extra carrier for my cat. The place really clean and the waiting duration was not too long. My cats really comfortable to come here.

Provide reasonable price and attentive service when giving my cat vaccine (they will do checking to see if the cat is healthy for jab). Was attended by young people, do support them. They’re all being transparent for what they have offered.

Much better choice than this vet clinic namely Vxxxce located at Jalan Perniagaan Gemilang.

Jvet provides service beyond the bounds of their clinic. They once arranged to courier medicine for my mom's sick cat, who had moved to JB, when all the local vets were closed during the festive period.

Read some reviews online and being convinced by the positive comments, made appointment for my cat vaccination. Went to the clinic, crowded with many customers. Luckily the staffs served us well and the lady Dr. Chai explanation is good too. Done our vaccination and went home happily.

Best vet in Penang, brought all my cats there since they were lil babies. They’d even go extra miles to give suggestions/ advices via WhatsApp when I’m out of town. Grateful for them

my friends and i come here by googling the place and we just walk-in with our cat.. didn’t do the appointment.. the dr and all the staffs are very nice and look very experienced at handling pet.. at first, i thought the consultation fee would be a lil bit pricey like others veterinary clinic i’ve went before, but it is at reasonable price.. thumbs up.. definitely will come here again.. thank you

Dr. Jven and team were very professional and handled our dog gently during our visit. Dr. Jven also took the time to explain the condition of our dog, all the the procedures, options, and costs very patiently. We didn't feel like we were rushed even though there were many other patients waiting. As this was our first time here we didn't expect it to be so busy so we had to wait for more than an hour. It is advised to make an appointment before coming. The clinic is a bit small but is clean and cozy. Fee is also reasonable. Highly recommended!

Fantastic and caring people here. So grateful that the best vet in town, so I won't take my cat anywhere else, because the care for them is unparalleled anywhere else.

since i new at this area, i google recommended veterinar to check my kitty, as per reputation, highly recommend! good doctor, polite and carefully diagnos my kitty. price are reasonable too. love love love.

The doctor is very patient, meticulous and particular. The attendants are knowledgeable and friendly. They even send out WhatsApp reminders for your appointment. The price charged for consultation is very fair.

Actually I'm regular here. The staff and patients really friendly they explain everything before they start treatment. I had bring my pet that gone missing for 2 months and found her too skiny can't even move. Dr explain us the price and admit her for 2 days after that she recovered so fast. I really love the service that given here.

This is my first time came here as my fiance suggested this vet to me. All I can tell is this vet and the doc is very professional. They checked my cat before vaccine to make sure that my cat is in a good condition to get vaccinated and explained to me well after that. Fee also not expensive.
I had a cat died before after a vaccine from the previous vet that I went to because they doesn’t do the check up before vaccine. So I’m quite trauma.

I am pretty sure my dog loves this place. Very caring doctor, good follow up but have to make appointment cos business is good

There is only one Dr. operating in the Vet and most of the time they are fully booked with appointments so it is better to make an appointment before going in. Even their surgery appointments are fully booked for the month so better to ask beforehand. 👍🏼

Such a nice and professional vet! I would recommend this place to everyone. I came all the way from Perai to Alma because of the reviews. My cat fully healed after 5 days and i’m so happy that they check throughly and inform the findings. They even clean my cat.Thanks for saving my cat lives

Recommended! Firstly, the clinic is very clean, neat and have no bad odour. The staff was friendly and Dr. Jven (the vet) was very helpful. She thoroughly check my kitten and gave useful info about treatment, procedure, etc. Definitely would come again in the future.

Very professional and efficient staff assisting us during our visit. Due to the pandemic, a videocall was made during treatment of our pet which was very informative and professional. The vet was very efficient and professional. Great work!
