Can’t believe this cafe still around OMG !
I used to hang out here almost every week when I was in secondary school, 30 over years ago. Back than Komtar was the famous popular place to hang out after school. For those who wanna be posh, MacDonald was the place and for us, the common people who loves local food, this cafe Sin Nam was the best.
Greatest memory ever !

36 years experience and focus on fried rice. I have to say this is best fried rice I ever had. 25years ago I eat this fried rice nearly every weekend for many years and return after 25 years, is amazing that the taste still the same and so tasty.

So I strongly propose this very Penang local fried rice to you.

I love the uncle fried rice here . I eat uncle almost 30+ years . 5 star for this uncle stall

This cafe is one of the hidden gem at Komtar area. They had one of the best fried kueytiao and fried rice. Lunch time can be quite crowded as the foods at here are quite cheap and delicious compare with other cafes at Komtar area.

炒饭，炒果条都好吃，很香，有用猪油炒，分量不会很大。
咖啡水不会贵，有冷气的地点不错了。
最重要是在一楼，走到尽头，楼梯口旁边，不然找不到。

Fried rice was superb. Every rice was well fried wuth wok hei. Waiting time about 15 minutes. 4 stars

Yong tau hu just mediocre. Nothing special. But the seller was very polite although busy. Waiting time about 30 minutes. 2 stars

This kopitiam is pretty nostalgic to me. The fried rice is good and the char siew stall also not bad. It's a good spot for lunch if you are around the area.
