It's 2019 and this bus still sucks. The bus was late about 1 hour, broken tyre in the middle of the trip so we had to wait another bus to come and it really took a looong time.

This bus just ruin my plan and destroy my holiday. If I can give 0 star, I will definitely give it.

Felt so cheated. Charged price higher than others and quality sucks big time. Boarded an executive bus and they suddenly changed us to an economy bus that's old and smelly. Aircon is blowing hot air!!! Don't ever take this company bus at all.

Season bus is really sucks!! They lied!!
Promise for a direct to KL bus but in the end, stop at few stops!!! From. 4hour++ trip become a 6hour trip and I pay extra rm5?!!!

Fetching the bus scheduled at 9.30 to One Utama but the staff just said there will be a delay, wait there, locked the place up and left. We're still waiting now with a delay of one hour.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR STUFF! THEY ABSOLUTELY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. ADDITIONALLY THEY TRANSPORT SUSPICIOUS (AND POSSIBLY ILLEGAL) GOODS.

Bus sepatutnya membawa penumpang dari satu tempat ke satu tempat bukannya bawa barang-barang bukan kepunyaan penumpang. Ini menyebabkan perjalanan menjadi terganggu sebab driver bus akan berhenti di tempat bukanya penumpang turun tapi lebih kepada mengahantar barang. Bagi saya ini adalah bahaya kerana kemungkinan berat muatan melebihi daripada sepatutnya.

Harapa pihak syarikat dapat megambil tindakkan sepatutnya kerana driver bas mungkin megambil kesempatan untuk membuat duit tepi dengan megambil barang2 yang banyak dan bukan milik penumpang.
