Overall this outlet was good. I’m having the lunch set that come with a drink. The attendant and the cashier all are friendly.

Food are fresh as well.

made reservations for cakes to collect during CNY eve and the service provided was good. A person called us to check if we are confirmed to pick up our orders in the morning and fresh cakes are packed when we reached Secret Recipe

I have been a fan of Secret Recipe for decades and I was kinda surprised to see low ratings for this particular outlet with bad comments on customer service.

Well, the cakes are still as good as ever and as for the customer service, when I visited this place yesterday, I don't have any bad or negative experience. In fact I saw an elderly couple who is probably not Malaysian and they were having problems to order but the staff was still patient to explain and reconfirm the order. After that when I ordered, I just waited a while only as well for the staff to prepare.

The place seems to be renovated already and looks nice and cosy but probably not suitable for large group of people to eat and gather. But if you are a family of 4 or less then looks ok to dine in here at this place.

Again, the cakes are all still as delicious as ever.
