Seating at this location are quite comfortable if customer around not much.

For those feel shame then better not sit at thos open space Starbucks.

Despite the 25th anniversary celebration of Starbucks and the busyness that comes with it, the staff was friendly and super fast! Orders were prepared quickly and without mistakes

Situated on first floor of queens bay mall and open area ambience with Spacious seatings on front and back side of floor .. dishes are serving hot and faster. Service Is good 😊👍✅ . Pastries, cakes are freshly serving with hot.

Less crowded as compare to ground floor.

Dato Fazley Yaakob's Ayam Salai Masak Lemak Cili Api is an interesting combination with tender chicken.

Around 50 seats in this Starbucks. It's located at the first floor of Queensbay Mall, nearer to the Southern end of the mall. Typical prices and service. They gave 2 WiFi codes which is good. I've seen other Starbucks that give only 1 WiFi code. Not sure how they determine how many to give, maybe it's tied to the number of drinks you order.

Just another Starbucks branch in Queensbay Mall, this the second one, the first one located at ground entrance. This one has nitro cold brew coffee. Plenty of seats. The staff here a bit passive compare to the one at ground floor.

Great hot sandos. All I cam saym got the crossaint with egg and chicken slice and it was good

Crowded on Saturday. Coffee delicious as always. It is on sweet side

Came here for a coffee. Ordered the promotional drink, Okayama Peach Apple Cold Brew, we to drink and there was coffee ground in my drink. Naturally I went back to the counter to tell the server about it. There is no apology from him, and he had the audacity to ask me do I still want it, as in the one with the coffee ground. I told him no, I want a new one and no one wants to drink your coffee with coffee ground in it.

He made me a new one, he threw the lid away, rinse the cup with coffee ground, and reused the cup with a new lid. I don't quite understand the logic to why would you throw the lid and use a new lid but not the cup. I'd expect a new drink to come with a new cup but this is new drink with old cup but new lid.

Honestly, the drink tasted a bit weird but I have no fight with the drink as everyone have different taste buds. The problem I have with is the staff. He is lack of responsibility and energy. Not even an apology from him. At least his manager apologized to me for the coffee ground.

Not to mention, I asked for tissue since the dispenser at where they put up the drinks were finished. He was washing a blender and as soon as he finished, he just wipe his hand on his pants and took the tissue for me from near the sink area and obviously the tissue came to me wet.

I'm really disappointed. There is no consistency in performance throughout Starbucks outlet and I urge the upper management to look into it. You can't have one outlet to provide you with great service but another one with such bad service.

Previous this starbucks that I meet is good services, Malay girl service very nice, I can give 5 stars services. Until now have 1 of that wavy hair Indian girl on morning shift attitude's very bad and not friendly. Blank water charge RM1? This is the 1st time that I heard. 👎👎👎👎👎
