Shopee Express Bayan Lepas Hub

Was expecting a slow and hectic morning to collect my parcel. But it surprised me, the process was really fast and simple. I got to collect all 3 of my undelivered parcel within 10minutes.
The google map is inaccurate though, shopee express is actually inside MQ technology berhad

The exact location is Plot 86B at the corner junction there.
The guard is very friendly, just need to register our name and car plate, then can drive in and collect our item.

idk y yall hating so much, just go to the guard and tell him youre trying to pick up a parcel, specify its from shopee, they will let you in and the guys inside will help you out to get your parcel right away.

If u wanna go there search microlead there. The location is wrong. its literally infront dhl. Just register with the guard and he will let u in. Infront of lot 88A.

After register at guard house, they do help you to search the parcel.
depend your luck, some staff not really want to search for yout item and mention it being take out by driver/rider.

At Penang, they don't have official self pick up location in KL/Selangor which benefit for buyer that wait too long for their courier to pick up.

Old by the security guard , not allow self collect. Allow wait for delivery.

Don't just "click delivered" to earn money!!

The worst delivery agents in Bayan Lepas area. The delivery guy did not call me but just left my item at nearby grocery store. When I received WA msg I did called him & he said why neva pick up call. Never called & how to answer. Told him to collect and send back to me. No respond. Complained. Than the following day my item arrived. The rider was rude & said bcos of your complaint my % deducted. I said I pay for shipping and why should I pay the grocery store to collect my parcel when you are responsible to call customer.

2nd incident. Ordered almost more than RM250 worth of item on Shopee & all item was updated customer not reachable. All my orders sent back to seller. Complained to Shopee.

Tried to call this rider. Met him. Sarcastically mentioned, u complained me the other day right, now all my friends(riders) boycott your orders.

Helloo.. when they are not responsible enough to deliver customers order properly for sure we need to file our dissatisfaction right?!

No more using this svc. Pls train your riders. It's sad when customer pay for the products & shipping fee. And the service is very poor..

Can i give the riders -10☆. The worst attitude ever. Kurang ajar pun ada, tak reti cakap ngan customer jgn kerja sini. Shopee your company is losing business. Make customers order to be collected from your hub. We don't need rude riders to send our parcels. As customers we are paying for the products, your tax & shipping charges.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Shopee’s service. Their handling of deliveries is nothing short of infuriating. The delivery process consistently falls apart, with automatic updates claiming ‘recipient not available’ without any attempt to contact me. When I reach out to customer service, it’s the same story: promises to expedite delivery that lead to absolutely nothing.

This isn’t just poor service; it feels like mental torture. In this day and age, shopping should be simple and convenient. Yet, instead of streamlining the process, apps like Shopee make it a headache. They seem to forget that customers shouldn’t have to jump through hoops after making a purchase. A straightforward solution would be for the delivery personnel to call or message in advance.

It’s baffling that such nonsense and incompetence persist. Apps like Shopee should be held accountable for their shortcomings. I wish there were a way to rate them in the negative, or even in the realm of negative infinity.

Shopee express really² sucks..out for delivery for 8 times but never arrive with excuses insufficient time...call shopee center also same...lastly got to go pickup my self..once arrive they told to come back at 3pm...i have to take leave to pickup my self then they don't want to search it...after explain already 8times & almost 1month pending within 5 min got my item....shopee really² need to open back choice for customer choose the courier

Called many times but no one picked up the phone. Complaint to Shopee Customer Service has no effect. Worst courier so far.

My delivery supposed to be delivered on the 15th and today is 20th and still not delivered, i am very frustrated, and it’s not the first time, very poor service

Worst service at the world is shopee express...my parcel is laying down at their Bayan Lepas branch since 6th Nov.until today date nobody deliver to me.I want to call also.Don't have company number.so worst.

The Shopee Express Bayan Lepas was hold My parcel for few days at Delivery hub, The delay makes trouble to my traveling plan. I can't take it with me to overseas.

Where is my parcel? It has been stranded in nearby hub since 3rd Jan, and now already 6th Jan! Worst courier service ever.
