All promises delivered! Tour Leader / owner Mr Loo's local knowledge is excellent as he is a resident of Iceland. First-class commitment from him in ensuring the tour members are well taken care of (because he is the Boss of the agency himself!). Mr Loo is very personable, though some may take a longer time to "warm up" to his style. Overall, excellent trip and I think everybody in the group had an enjoyable trip!

Start from my booking process Jasmine was great sales she has all the details and information in her finger tip. We had a wonderful time with our tour leader Mr Loo. He went all out to show us the beauty of Iceland. Mr Loo followed very closely to the itinerary but also gave us some extras upon request. In short, BP is reliable and trustworthy and we travelled in peace and comfort in a foreign land led by someone from home.

My wife and myself joined the Iceland trip on 20 March, with small group of 12 together. We enjoyed very much, the tour guide Mr Loo is knowledgable and able to bring us to all itineraries as promised. The groups were co-operative, friendly and though most of us are passed 60, we appreciated that we were lucky to visit this beautiful country. If i were to pick up thing for BP for future improvements, I would say , for meals, hope to include 80% or more ( our package ~ 66%) would be perfect.
