The older gentleman running the place was seriously nice and helpful. Unlike the other travel agencies nearby he was willing to actually help and didn't try to rip us off.
The bus ride was comfy, a bit too trigger happy on the ol' set off when it came to breaks, the luggage door sometimes didn't close till 10 seconds after setting off. But the service is great.

服务不错，感觉还不错。。
之后再看看有没有可以在改进的地方。。

Worst experience with a travel agency in Asia (and I'm already traveling for 6 months). Terrible service, the men that was helping other people to put the luggage refused to help us. When he saw us, he just disappeared inside the bus and when he came back, shouted at us and we were forced to do it on our own. Instead of 5-6 hours travel to Kuala Lumpur it took 8. This company is a joke.

I used this bus service in Georgetown, Malaysia. The bus was on time, and the driver great, that was until the bus got into Hat Yai, where we changed to another bus for onward travel to Surat Thani. The new bus driver wouldn't put our luggage in the back, because he has another job transporting some kind of supplies, so everyone's luggage had to be crammed into any available space on board. The driver stopped at 3 places to pick up supplies for his other job as a delivery driver, and the driver packed 12 passengers onto the bus instead of the 10 it is rated for. The minivan had a bent front wheel which caused a strange kind of shaking, and the driver had to put air in the tires twice on the way to Surat Thani. Very dangerous driver.

The couple at the agency bluntly and repeatedly lied telling me that the bus would get to Kuala Lumpur from Penang at 1am. Once on the bus the driver told me the bus would get to Kuala Lumpur two hours later, at 3am, which meant an incredible amount of inconvenience and additional taxi bookings to get home at a decent time. Stay away from this agency - appalling service.

Rudest people ever. Save yourself the headache and a lot of time, and buy the ticket online, or anywhere else. The two aunties in the office sold us the bus ticket alright, but from then on they are just competing with each other in who can be the rudest to customers. They ordered us to their office 105 minutes before the bus departure, to wait for a bus to transfer us to the bus station. They refused to say when the bus is coming, and after half an hour wait she rushed us to another agency office, where another set of identically rude people made us wait for another 20 minutes, but the bus driver won the contest when I wanted to take my hand luggage on the bus, and he yelled at me like he was gonna kill me if I dare do it. Then another long wait on the bus station. Next time I'll just take an uber to the bus station for rm10, and buy a ticket online.

Very poor services indeed.

We have booked two tickets from Penang to Hatyai on 25th May 2019. We have checked in at 2:45pm ready for departure. The driver had arrived at 3:30pm and it’s not a minivan. It’s a four wheel car......!

While we asking for the ETA of the minivan, the operator only replied (on the way) (on the way)... Traffic jam Traffic jam....be patient...

While we asked why four wheel car but not minivan; she replied the car is better and more faster ...

What will you do if above mentioned user experience is yours?

Disgusting service. We took the bus to Ipoh at 1 pm. And the woman of the agency told us to wait at the agency at 12 pm. And We waited until 1240 pm to have a minibus which took us to the bus station. At 1250, we were still at the agency. During the period the lady did not give us any explanation and just told us to wait. Really bad impression of Penang.

While we had to wait outside for over an hour without any information given, my friend walked towards their office to ask them if she could charge her mobile in the meantime, but could never ask this question as Mrs. Rudness nr. 1 spotted her approaching with the charger in hands, yelled immediately: 'NO CHARGING HERE!'.

In the next office, full of empty sockets, (where we were escorted by the same lovely lady, crossing several redlights in the malaysian traffic jungle), at least they let her ask this question, before they said 'NO'.

The worst experience ever in south Asia, super rude People they yelled on the bus to the custumers and they said the Journey will be 7 hours and take 14 hours, never take this agency.

Dishonest shop. Won’t visit them again.

Horrible experience and really unpleasant woman which just wanted to steal our money.

1. Ngaret abis dah.. Jam 12.30 kudu berangkat, mereka berangkat jam 12.45, harusnya sampai penang sekitar 6 sore, ini jam 19.30 malam.
2. Bis nya rada jorok yah.. Ada kecua kecil2..
3. Mereka Memperolehkan orang utk merokok di dalam bus. Gak bs ditolerir.

Je confirme les dires des autres clients. Nous avions un trajet annoncé de 4 heures et cela nous a pris 10 heures au total. C’est mauvais ! Mais mauvais 🤣

买下午3点去Ipoh车票，3.55Pm才可以上Bas，但是还是上和预定不一样的Bas，然后还要去Bayan Leaps换车，上了过后得知隔壁大哥说还要去Butterworth放人，差差差，其实一🌟都不值得給！
