I bought a ride from George Town to Kuala Lumpur. The bus left on time and arrived to KL after 6 hours. The office staff speaks English

i book a van from penang to hat yai, they pick me up on 9.30A.M. as scheduled... only 5 persons in the van... i trip on weekdays

Friendly agency, helped me out when I was late for my bus by calling the driver and telling him to wait for me at the other bus terminal and even offering to help get me a grab car. Thank you so much!

Nachdem wir die Tickets nach Hat Yai gebucht hatten, haben wir die Rezessionen gelesen und hatten schon fast etwas Angst.. Aber alles lief reibungslos, hatten ein Auto allein für unsere Familie.. Für den Grenzübergang mussten wir dem Fahrer noch 5 MYR pro Kopf bezahlen, haben wir aber vorher gelesen und darum waren wir nicht überrascht..Der Fahrer war sehr nett und hat uns direkt beim Hotel abgesetzt.

1.此處有多家旅行社，為了從檳城到合艾，隨意選了一間訪價；現場一位大姐熱情招攬，一人開價55馬幣，覺得不貴便下訂了。付錢後大姐會提供一張收據，當天預計搭08:00出發的小巴，需於07:45到，到達後拿出收據給現場的人員看，會告知車號並請旅客坐在外面等待（如果想上廁所，必須到光大巴士站）
2.從此處出發，會再到飯店或其他站點接客人，真正出發後會有1、2次上廁所的機會，一次是加油站（要主動開口問司機），一次是到邊境前，司機收護照辦入境卡的時候（每人另繳20泰銖辦理），約有20分鐘休息購物的時間，當天司機停的休息站有換匯處、免稅店、便利商店和小吃店，司機吃了一頓飯才辦好入境表，因此有非常充裕的時間可以在這裡伸伸腿腳，至於為什麼可以自己填的入境表要給別人收費代填？對此我並不清楚，不過過泰國海關入境泰國時，入境動作快速無人刁難，且一度被誤以為沒辦泰簽的我們有旅行業專人前來接待，因此服務良好，可以避免許多溝通困難衍生的問題。
3.到合艾後司機會將每組客人送至飯店，如果是日後還想回馬來西亞的旅客，司機會先載到合艾當地的旅行社購票。
4.當天的泰國司機表現堪稱良好，一如既往的展現其驚人的飆車天賦，約4小時左右可以到合艾市區。
P.s.邊境路邊有許多寫著泰國保險的店家，看起來開車入泰國必須有保險。
缺點：
1.當天接訂單的大姐對於整趟行程沒有多做說明，收完錢後整個交易便結束了，因此當我回飯店看到前人給的評價時差點沒嚇傻，甚至做好了被丟包的準備.…..寫出這篇長評只是想讓其他像我一樣的旅人可以了解實際狀況，並不代表我要為這個旅社平反他的負面評價。
2.下訂當天有問是否還有其他隱藏收費，大姊説過海關會收2馬幣，但當天司機是收20泰銖；問大姐下車地點是合艾哪裡？大姐也只說合艾市區，並沒說可以送到飯店。如此不一致的提供資訊，容易令客人心生誤會。

Kurang menyenangkan

I bought a ticket Penang to Trang (Thailand) 130 RM. Everything fine till Hat Yai including border crossing. But in Hat Yai my ticket to Trang was not considered valid and I had to buy a New ticket 130 TB. Very unreliable company to avoid

Very bad service...we book 12pm bus from genting to penang and the bus leave 1 hours earlier at 11am without inform us and we call the person (Angie) said is your problem and ask us figure out ourselves. Angie shout at us despite she is wrong and thought she shout she win already. Is scam company as we ask for refund and ignore us.. we suspect they double sold our ticket as told us even you have bought ticket but we dont have seats in the bus.. You will risk yourself to be stranded if you plan to get their service.

Totally disappointed with this bus company worst service...we booked 12pm bus from genting to penang and the bus left 1 hour earlier at 11am without informing us and left us helpless in Genting. We called the contact person and she said it is your own problem and asked us figure out ourselves to get out of Genting. We felt being scammed by this bus company as we asked for refund and she ignored us.. we suspect they double sold our ticket.. highly NOT recommend to get service from this bus company as you might end up stranded and spoil your trip plan.

All receptionists that I have spoken to are pretty much useless and rude. It's impossible to get an answer that makes sense. Booked tickets using 12go Asia and this shop is the collection office. They have no clue, even when you try to explain to them that you don't want to buy tickets but collect the ones you already have.

Sharing . We originally booked ahead of time with another kiosk (travel agency). We couldn’t find our kiosk so we stopped by this agency to ask for directions. The kiosk lady looked at my confirmation and said the bus already left and that we’ll need to book another ticket if we want to go now. We agreed to pay for another ticket and was refused when asked to pay with card, she said it was cash only. Once payment was completed, she rushed us out and pointed at a bus that had been parked there since we came.

I had a feeling we were ripped off when we got to the bus and there was no driver and no passengers. The bus wasn’t ready to go yet. After waiting another 10 minutes the bus driver came out. I showed him my original ticket and he said yes, this was the right bus! So the kiosk lady at Grassland Agency lied that our bus left and scammed us into buying another ticket with her. This agency is disrespectful and dishonest.

DO NOT book through this Grassland Agency as they will continue to scam travelers.

I purchased ticket from Penang to Hat Yai, but driver unloaded me at Thailand border. I did not have 10 RM for his van insurance to enter Thailand. He was collecting 10 RM from every passenger on the road before enter Thailand. All fees must be included in the ticket. Collecting fees from van passengers on the road is pure scam.

Passengers must not be responsible for transport company van insurance and other fees. You must refund this ticket fully. I was walking 2 hours under heat to Sadao and took bus from there to Hat Yai.

When I get back to Penang I call police and we speak again

Really rude employee with a lack of respect to customers who aren't from here/know how things work.
She just shouts at everyone when they ask questions.
Communication is just shocking
Bus was a late.
Seating plan not matched with 12go.

Rude lady at the counter of KKKL Express and Grassland. Not helpful at all.
