I was a little hesitant to try this place, since it was more upscale…. However, it was really good! I didn’t even get any of the most popular dishes.

Overall: 4.5/5

Food: Glass Noodle with Mixed Seafood - 4.5/5 : this was so good…. The noodles were full of flavour, not sure what the flavour was really, maybe oyster sauce or soy sauce but not basic at the same time? Came with shrimp, mussels, shrimp, and fried fish. So good, I loved it!

Ambiance: 5/5 - very modern decor and clean.

Service: 5/5 - everyone was very prompt and attentive, and gave great recommendations.

Nice decor and ambience. Manager and waiting staff were professional and friendly. Food was top notch. Yes the price of food is higher here than the nearby street food alternatives, but the quality is genuinely good and worth the price. The Siu Yuk (crispy pork belly) is some of the best we've ever had. The fried glass noodles with tiger prawns had good wok hey.

It's a lovely seaside restaurant.

This is a popular spot. Make sure to call and book ahead of time. Otherwise, you'll be disappointed because there aren't enough tables here.

The price point is a little high in comparison to other places, but the food taste is worth the 45-minute drive.

Local milk coffee is a good coffee to drink with milk because it has the punch that coffee lovers enjoy.

Their seafood glass noodle and seafood fried rice are both flavorful and sinful. I like how the lard stearin in the dish makes the aroma smell good.

If you're looking for a place by seaside with good seafood, friendly service, where locals recommend and go, this is your restaurant. Salted egg prawns were tasty, although the batter was thin compared to Singapore version. Don't despair when Google brings you to a residential area. Restaurant is hidden, at the dead end, down a steep slope towards the sea. Off the beaten path so few tourists. Unfortunately, need to bring insect repellent for the beach flies.

Wonderful environment, nice food.
We had their signature prawn mee and today's special: Fish with Tong Hun (glass noodle).
The prawn mee was good but a bit too sweet to my likings.
However, the glass noodle was FANTASTIC. 😋😋😋
Will come back again to try their steamboat.

First meal in 2021.
One of my favourite restaurant in 2019 but on 2020, don't have the chance to dine-in there😔😔😔
Ordered 3 dishes
1) roasted pork rice
2) fried tang hun with seafood
3) clam soup.
All the dishes are well prepared. Good quality of the ingredients. It's delicious and the flavour are superb. 😋😋😋😋😋

was looking for a cafe during lunch hour, surprisingly found this in google and the review does not cheat you. Their food is really good and the cham peng recommends by the waiter is really nice! Friendly waiter as well and the environment is good. However, the seat is limited and you may want to consider to make reservation before you plan to dine in here. There is designated car park nearby but the fee is expensive. Will definitely come back to try other dishes!

Deliciously prepared food with attention to detail. Salt crust red snapper was a highlight , very aromatic. Great service in a modernised setting.

A cozy place to have simple, tasty meals. Service is good. I liked the fact they are able to converse in multiple languages. Food was served quickly, and the prices are reasonable.

The location is very great and convenient, just in the center of the old street.

We ordered a hot pot of lobster, so delicious. My daughter’s favorite is the fried port and apple juice!

There is a A/C by the way, it’s very comfortable!

Amazing dining experience. We took white prawn and pork hot pots. Both were delicious.
Staff is very friendly and has no problems with explaining the proper way of preparing dishes.
A lot of fun with cooking on your own!

Simple place for lunch, no fuss, great price.
They’re famous for the prawn noodles and the braised pork on rice. The Kam heong chicken on rice was also delicious. No complaints at all, great service

Small little cosy restaurant. But their food is amazingly good! Big surprise for me as I didn't put high hope when I walk in. I thought just another cafe. We ordered prawn noodle, drumsticks noodle soup, kam hiong lala (clam), and crispy pork. All are very good and tasty. Price is reasonable too! Will definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

V nice hotpot and atmosphere. Was greeted by a dead end with waze directions, fortunately there was a lighted sign of the restaurant, turn right down the restaurant and they have ample parking for customers.
Acceptable pricing, good quality broth, other dishes good and above avg, recommended.

Individual meals are around the RM20-30 range.
The meal came in around 20 minutes.
Be mindful that the entrance is *VERY* steep

My personal favorite that night
Buttermilk Mantis Prawn Rice RM25
Local milk coffee RM5
Kam Heong Lala RM18

Nice cozy place with an attentive boss. Took care to make sure everything is fine for each table. You can see from the picture the wonderful Hot Pot. The soup is tasty without msg after taste, so definitely msg free. Also love the crackling skin Roasted pork belly, definetly not too much fats. As I wrote this I have not got the bill yet.
