Did my scaling here for the 1st time. All staff and dentist are very attentive and courteous. Clinic and facilities are clean. Dentist workmanship is great, smooth and detail, I feel calm throughout the process. Always checking up on me. Price is fair and reasonable.

I went for my wisdom tooth extraction and for my mother too for her deep root cleaning and check up. The service provided was exceptional. Dr Lim attended both session and she explained the process very clearly and briefly. I was anxious and my mother too has panicked but Dr Lim consoled us and treat us gently throughout the process. So happy and glad that we choose this clinic. I feel the price is reasonable as the service provided was exceptional and beyond satisfaction.

SmileBay dental offered me excellent and professional dental care. I started my braces journey 7 years ago with Dr Chew, from a person who dare not smile and hide away from camera, to a person who loves to smile, a nice straight teeth really give me lots of confidence.
In between the braces journey, i had both lower wisdom teeth removed surgically by Dr Lim. Dr Lim was able to calm me down and put me at ease, the whole process is painless and quick.
Recently i had toothache on one of my back tooth, since my appointment was an emergency visit, I appreciate the front desk Ms Lim working with me to schedule an appointment as quickly as possible. Dr Cynthia is the one attended to me, root canal treatment was done and my pain relieved immediately.
Very professional in overall. I couldn’t recommend them more !

I did my tooth removal via Minor surgery & she just took 15 min to end the procedure successfully & you know what NO pain at all.

Very friendly and accommodating receptionist. Took my booking with a pleasant smile. Also, the dental amenities in Smile Bay are very clean and state-of-the-art. The dentist attending to me was very professional in her job, and took the time to explain to me about the advantages of scaling regularly (twice a year minimum). Highly recommended!
