The best out of all the shops in Love lane in Georgetown!!! The drinks are not diluted like the others and they use expensive alcohols. The Desi people who want to drink some good magic potions please come here. A hundred percent recommended. The chef makes some excellent Tipsy cow special beef burgers, and the tastiest pesto ever! Love love ❤ shout out to Nabeel the owner and everyone around!

Very chilled place, offering good prices. The staff are very friendly and try hard to attract more customers. We came early, but I'm sure it gets busier later in the night. Enjoyed a chilled beer.

One of our favourite bars we've been to during our whole trip. Very well priced compared to the rest of Malaysia and the most fantastic, fun team. Absolutely worth a visit.

Once Chulia Street started to resemble Bangkok’s Khao San Road, with multiplying reggae bars and 101 pitchy renditions of Wonderwall, I stayed away. But when I happened to drop by the Tipsy Cow in between COVID lockdowns, I realized the owner & his crew are some of the nicest and most professional staff in Penang! And just now, the owner fixed me one of the best Palomas I’ve ever had, and a better Negroni than most of the Italian joints around; looks like I’m gonna be a regular here.

Pretty chilled out bar with cheap beers and really friendly helpful staff - great place to watch sport.

My favourite place to hangout on my offday. The cocktails are super nice and in reasonable price. They have a great shisha over here. I highly recommend this place for who gonna hangout with friends and spouse.

Lovely bar, Vaan and Nabil have an amazing thing going on and I've loved being able to come here regularly through my month in Penang. I'll miss them both lots.

The food at this place is so good. The wings are perfectly seasoned and cooked, they come with sauce but I didn’t even need to touch it… some of the best wings I’ve had. The service is lovely and we enjoyed ourselves!

Cozy and vibrant at the same time, this bar is definitely a spot you'll come back to each time. The people at Tipsy Cow treat you more like friends than customers. On top of that, the good music, shisha and food easily makes this place a constant visit for me each time I'm in George Town!

Nabeel and Vaan are the best and nicest guys, great staff, great atmosphere, absolute favourite bar, highly recommended!
