Pantai Tanjung Balau

Best to come early in the morning. Arrived at 8 am and there were not so many people at the beach. The beach is suitable for kids as it is shallow. The beach is quite clean. They provide toilets and showers near the beach. Overall very satisfied with the beach.

I reach to Pantai around 7:30 am in the morning. Not my day, I wait for the sunrise to coming up but that day not my day. Since the cloud is covering it up.

At first, it just us alone at the pantai. Nobody was there (feel like our own private beach). There is no entrance fee at front (not so sure there is a fee entrance, since nobody was there)

Besides, the beach is clean and the water is shallow and sloping. The most crucial part is the toilet (you may refer to the pics I took). They offered a spacious toilet. Including the close and open shower. The fee is so cheap. Not like other beach I ever been to. If you are using the Toilet (50 cents) for Showering (RM1.00)

I definetely will come here again with family and friends. I also would recommend this place to those looking for the best Pantai to leasuring.

No complaint for the public free beach. Suitable for family with kids that looking for some best bonding time. Especially “crab hunt” may small little crab by the beach .

Crystal clear water but the beach is not so clean other than that all are fine.

Suggest to go around 5 pm .

Suitable for family with kids. Sea water is shallow, so a bit safe for kids to play around. But make sure take care of your friends and family.

The downside is, the area is not clean at all. Too much rubbish here and there. And also too many flies around here, which indicates the cleanliness of this place.

I don't know about the shower tho. Haven't go inside yet.

Very relaxing, peaceful with beautiful beach sceneries, fisherman activities, and fresh seafoods. A clean beach to bring kids enjoying it's gentle waves.. Cool. Must keep away from stones area, it might be harmful if slipped. Reasonable rates for chalets and hotel rooms.

I came here during the fasting month. Despite it's being a public beach, the beach is still considered one of those clean beaches in Malaysia. Not much of activities can be seen besides of few fishing activities by the locals. Could be due to the fasting month as well. Will definitely be a nice place for a perfect photo shoot and nature lovers.

It's a nice natural beach for relaxing, camping or picnic. We went there last week for social work ( cleaning up the beach) . There are rubbish all over the beach. Although the authorities did place quite a number of rubbish bins at the whole area but people just want to make themselves easier, just throw their garbage away. I do hope everyone of us can love our natural environment .

Under renovation. The best place to get sunburn. Good facilities, best I guess, compared to Langkawi and Dungun and other beaches I know.
P/s: you can have your proper shower after swimming at sea.

Was temporarily close for upgrading works.Went there end of October ,water is clear and no rough wave. The is a row of shop selling asam pedas. A must try since the red Snapper is very fresh

Better then Desaru beach because it have option to choose. Option 1 beach with big wave and option 2 is beach with small wave. It was a safe place to bring small children to play along. It was a very great place.

Clean beach with nice view. But i didn't enter the public toilet.

Among the best beach to go on weekend. And if you are a sunrise hunter, this is among the best place to observe it. On a clear day, ypu will be able to see sun rising from the east. Located not to far from Johor Bahru

We having so much fun over here on the beach. The great place for family get together & picnic at the weekend or public holiday.

The Jetty was closed for repair. Very nice place for sight seeing and a walk.

Nice long beach, suitable for family outing & picnic. Best of all, it's free access (as of now, 2017).
