Amerald Resort Hotel

Room was clean and spacious, love the balcony view.

Location is quite a inconvenience for non drivers

Breakfast was pretty good

Service was top notch, my car had a puncture in the tire so was unable to drive out, they quickly called workshops around the area to look for a mechanic to help. Fortunately they were able to find one after calling many workshops as it was a Sunday. Thank you very much for the help!

First time here and it’s like love at first sight!
We stayed at the top floor and the venue is surreal!
Facing the South China Sea which calms the soul.
Spacious house with basic facilities needed.
Ease for a big family of mine to roam around.

Friendly helpful service staff. Breakfask food is always well replenished. Reception assisted to get external help for our car punctured tyre. Checke in also a breeze.

Only pity is sofa is damaged. And curtain not full blackout. Would call room service if there's more variety like fries and nuggets.

I’m very impressed with the interior design of this hotel. The room is minimal with modern design & very spacious.
Superb king bed can fit 4 of us! (2 adults, 1 toddler, 1 baby) 😆
The bed & pillows are so comfortable too.
Bonus points with extra sofa bed & huge bathroom.
Loving the balcony with greenery & sea view.
Breakfast is provided with plenty of food & the tastes are quite good too.
Great swimming pool for kids & adults.
Walking distance to the private beach.
Plenty of car parks provided.
They have a restaurant downstairs just next to the lobby/drop-off area. No need to drive out for dinner. But the service was slow though.
They also have a mini zoo next to the lobby area.
Good location. About 10 mins drive to Pengerang town.
Overall we had a great experience staying here.

Nice room, toilet as well. The breakfast choice is simple but delicious. I think if surrounding environments can be upgraded, this hotel can go with a 5 star hotel. But, somehow I still can hear noise from the outside 😁

Beautiful place to visit and stay. Take seaview room and it's incredibly amazing . So much calm and vitamin sea. Beautiful place to have event also. Stay there for dinner occasion and the event place not bad , dinner maybe need to upgrade to much delicious menu other than fish curry . Others okay .

Great facility even though it seems like it’s still undergoing some maintenance. For sure theres room for improvement.

room is spacious and so the bathroom (have a big mirror inside)
complete with mini fridge, 2 towels for swimming pool, 2 face towels, 2 towels and 2 bathrobes.
2in1 sofa. it can be sofa and single bed if you bring your kid
choose sea view room because the scenery is so nice when sunrise and sunset

The room was amazing, beautiful view. There are lots of activities provided by the hotel such as ATV, riding bicycle, swing at beach. The private beach are beautiful and clean.

Stand alone tall building in the area. Lovely flat sandy beach that's great for kids and waves not as strong as those farther up cos this is located inland shielded by a crescent tip from north.

It is a beach resort so don’t expect this place to offer a five star service. Do not rate for something which is not expected of a beach resort (luxury, modern pool, buffet spread etc). For someone who appreciates nature, beach and simple pleasures, this resort serves alot to fulfil your expectation. State your requests wisely, instead of making a firmed request. Insya Allah it will be met with the helpful staff. To me they were fantastic.

All good! Jz didnt like the part that the acond switches off when u open the sliding door. A bit inconvenient. The bkfast sedap weh! Esp the ayam msk merah n nasi minyak!

Despite its secluded location, we found the hotel to be quite pleasant.
