Amansari Hotel Desaru

Room was clean enough, bed was comfy enough and tbh is good enough. Shower water pressure was not too bad, even though it gets slightly smaller as the temp increases. There is a fridge and TV too. It is not too shabby. Visit this hotel with realistic expectations.

Overall, I am satisfied with the stay! Hotel is conveniently located near some good and popular food stores in Desaru, near the mall and ~10min drive to the beaches. Staff were friendly and kind enough to allow late check out.

When I arrived, I worried if the hotel was poorly maintained because from the outside it was so so. But the room appeared to be nice, worth the price. The surau as well neatly cleaned. The breakfast was surprisingly nice matching your pay. Just the water heater is not so hot. All in all, very satisfying.

Great hotel very clean all staff smile when see you. No weird smell anywhere! Come with decent breakfast match the value of the hotel price. Good location many Hala restaurant beside hotel! Wifi speed was decent enough too! Happy staying here 5 stars!

Its a simple hotel with simple set up. The rooms was comfortable, clean. Aircondition was superb, bathroom with hot water. Staffs was polite and attentive during my stay.

If you arrive in Desaru, this is the first hotel you will see. All the amenities are around this hotel, many dining places next to the hotel, pasarraya, laundry, oil stations, 7e, and only about 6 to 7 km to the beach. The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly. During the 2 years of repeated travel from KL to Desaru is this hotel of choice although I have tried other hotels but due to the services and conveniences around this hotel, we chose to go to this hotel only. Don’t forget En Zamre the manager at this Hotel who very much helped facilitate our business throughout our stay in this Hotel.

Affordable hotel in town. Overall is good. Easy to park front of the hotel. Recepationist also friendly. Comfortable rooms. Keep it up.

I have very good experience with this hotel. Very nice place to stay. Have lots of activities can be done. Nearby to interesting places , easy access for transport facilities. Recommended to stay for family and business trip. Price, room and food very satisfying ❤

The service are really good,worth the money,all the staff very friendly. The price also affordable for 3 star hotel👍🏻. The food are amazing and have a lot of choice. The room also clean, and have a great view, the swimming pool are at the different place which 3 minute from hotel and 10 minute to the beach.

The hotel is clean, the staff & receptionist are friendly..room is clean, complete with towels, shower gel &shampoo also free beverages, there's mini fridge too..variety choices food for breakfast.

We booked 2 rooms both are cleans and very comfortable for couples with children. The check in process were smooth and the staffs are friendly and very attentive. Many eating places and shops and a mall around the hotel. You can drive to pengerang around 20 to 30 mins drive for lobsters and other seafoods places.

Great rooms and breakfast, they even let me take my bicycle in for the Le'tape event. Service is excellent. No covered carpark though, but will definitely choose it again.

We stayed one night here. Have spacious parking space , not to far from lobby . At first , we stayed at level 7 , however, the air conditioning not functioning well on that level only. Then, we are given new room with fucntional aircond, have tv, water heater, mini refrigerator , hot amd cold shower . Breakfast also good , with fried rice, mee grg mamk, ayam kicap, have toast bread, baked bean ,sausages, rice porridge with condiments. Have experesso machine also for self attend . Near to the groecery shop, local restaurant, pizza hut, desaru public beach.

Highest hotel building in Bdr Penawar. Good desk service & friendly. Hotel nice, clean & tidy. Breakfast provided with nice food & delicious. Swimming pool available in other premise. Required 3 mnit travel from hotel & free of charge for hotel guest.

This is my 2nd time in this Hotel.. Base on my observation.. This Hotel is great. Even floor bedroom a little bit dust.. Easy to ask staff for Vacum. But The Most Important is Hotel Staff.. Hotel Staff was great.. Helpful and Integriti. My Money was dropped out.. But the staff very entigriti. They keep it and give back to their customer. The staff at this property are all great! Please Amansari Hotel Desaru give your staff awards..

Excellent room and easy access to everything here. Commendable customer service. Customer service rep Faiz handled my misbooking so promptly and patiently eventhough mistake was on customer. Beautiful view and clean environment. Breakfast was good

Location is strategic along Desaru-Senai highway. Walking distance to SKS Mall and shops, Petronas petrol station. Free parking on premise.

Room is big and comfortable. Lots of rack and cupboard space. TV channels have lots of varieties. Free WiFi is available.

Bathroom comes with hot water supply and strong water pressure in bathroom.

Staff is very friendly and responsive.

Exceeded my expectations. Room and Toilet were clean. Located near SKS Mall. Had a very pleasant stay. Will recommend to friends who are going to the newly open Adventure Water park which is <10km away
