Service is always lovely but could be better, food I lovely and well portioned. For a pool side bar it's really good, especially with the view.

If u arrive in a big group, be prepared that they are ill equipped to manage the sales order . I ordered at 7.45pm the food arrives at 9pm half my group ordered at 7.45 , the rest of my group that came at 8pm. Gets their food first and those who did the first order with at least 10 appetizers none of them arrive only to be told that it’s all sold out after 40 mins . As much as patience that we have , we have to reorder appetizer after 35 mins into the waiting . Ridiculous services . The hotel should have managed the restaurants better if they had known a large group were staying .

Place is nice less crowd

Drinks are terrible and watered down. Taste awful too. Out of 70% of their supplies. No regular coke. No min. Avoid! Service is ridiculous slow. Avoid if possible. Walk down the beach a bit for much better quality and service!

Probably the worst food I had in ages.
There were only two tables getting food and it took over 30 minutes to serve a „Hot Dog“ and a mixed plate with prawns, fish fingers, squid rings and fries. Most of it was cold when it arrived. Looks like they only have one fryer going and did the things one after another. Also had a pack of small flies in the sauce.
Half of the bottled beers from the menu were also not available.
Don’t waste your money here. It’s heavily overpriced for what you get.

Drinks are expensive (MYR 35), full of ice cubes and filled up till 3 cm before the top of the glass. Attention was quite poor, dirty plates were on our table for more than one hour after we finished dinner; we ordered 2 drinks and 1 forgotten. The only nice was the trio singing
