Staff friendly. Drinks are nice

always run out of pearls.
one time, pearls tak cukup masak. nak sedut pon cannot.

这里的tealive 他们好像没有读书人这样, 不懂得礼貌和让顾客排队等, 也没有第一个来者先买 ... The tealive here doesn't seem to be like a scholar, they don't know how to be polite and make customers wait in line, and they don't have the first comer to buy first...

They will close earlier sometimes, not recommend to buy in this outlet. The Malay young staff here are not professional, the whole group working inside here including the petrol counter staff providing bad services, bad attitude, rude when servicing customers. They only like to chat and play hp.

I came here a lot and I notice biskutea oreo and biskutea caramel never there even this drink in their menu.. Staff here always recommend me to go to Tealive Sunway Carnival for this drinks...

I ordered from food panda ,My order is strawless cup, but I get is normal cup ? then I ordered no sugar , but it was very sweet! wasted my money and disappointed !!
