I was here from KL and looking for some good quote place to bring my mom and sister.

This is a small space restaurant but then environment and service is super good.

We have a good time there…

All the food was nice and served as requested.
Food is not salty or over powered.

Coffee is well served.

Love the grill fish and wine sauce clams. They are scrumptious. Banana fritters burger is alright but no wow factor. Nice interior with natural light. The team is very thoughtful they offering us the phone charger when noticed my phone’s battery running low. Would revisit again.

Came here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon with my friend and her 3+YO daughter. While sitting in the baby chair, her arm somehow got stuck to the chair (between the two rods). Her mom was able to free her arm after a bit of struggle, thankfully her daughter was able to calm down quickly after the small panic. The service team surprised us by giving the little girl a scoop of ice-cream and chocolate drizzle on the house 🍦❤ this thoughtful gesture cheered her up immediately! The mom also felt welcomed and less flustered.

Thanks for helping the child and mother feel welcome and safe. Huge commendation to the service team 👍

I have been to this cafe couple of times. One of my favorite spots in BM!

One of the best cafe in BM. Unique food and beverages. For those who like to try something special this is the place for you.

For improvement: breakfast time is not as same as shown on menu.

It's quiet on a weekday afternoon. Friendly service by the waiter. Tasty food.

Grain Modern chicken cutlet - Deep fried breaded chicken chop is crispy and juicy, well matched with the creamy egg yolk spicy sauce.

Carribbean baked fish with salmon roe - The perch fish is fresh. The aioli sauce is made of just mashed garlic, olive oil and a pinch of salt. Light taste but delicious.

Grain Modern Cioppino pasta - Seafood (prawns, salmon, clams) are fresh. The tomato based broth is flavourful with a hint of spiciness.

We were given a free lava cake during the birthday month. The cake is served warm with a scoop of Gula Melaka ice cream. Yummy.

Reserved table n dishes n served on time.
Presentation of dishes are nice n taste good.

Went there for lunch during weekday. Although the price range is abit higher than normal cafe standards. Portion is good. big and also using real fresh ingredients so is acceptable. Meatballs are not frozen ones are house made so is the mash potatoes. Coffees ok too. Pretty spacious seats and tables. Service is ok, staffs are few but attentive so is fine .overall is good.

A hidden cafe within Bukit Mertajam town.
Very nice ambiance.
Good environment to spend an afternoon n chit chat with friends there.

parking is easy to find.
Credit card payment and ewallet payment is available.
Food took a while to prepare even though less customer in restaurant.
Toilet is outside the restaurant and it is very small.
Would revisit to try out other food.

Awesome place with modern vibes. Calm and relaxed ambience, suitable for romantic dinners. Ribeye steak was cooked properly, with delicious sauce, on point herb butter, and wonderful sides. German potatoes were delicious. The meatballs were superb. Definitely worth going back again for the affordable meal.

Love the ambiance here with minimalistic decor. Had the privileged to sit nearby the counter, and was surprised to see all the young waiters are all equally polite asking customers’ feedback on the food. I must say that their service totally worth the detour! (Not to mention they had to always guide customers who came in wrongly wanted to go to the next restaurant 😅)

Food is quite nice, served pretty quickly especially a full house during dinner time. Love the salad dish served together with the chicken chop. Nice environment.

At first we tot is normal chicken chop with fancy presentation but after one bite.. is blow my mind … have u ever try chicken chop in spicy way ?!

The crunchiness… the juicy … the gravy .. all this combination is. Prefect …

Chicken cutlet is good normally other place will not put much attention to their side salad for but this place their salad is really good pair with mango and pomegranate really goes well with the fried chicken 👍🏻
The wakame salad is good. Someone is a pro at cutting find the onion but the sauce dressing taste doesn’t match

Great Place for having your Meal

A very recommended store. At that time, when it was rained, we forgot to bring our umbrella, so we had to run into the store in the rain. The environment was very warm and comfortable. The service crew seeing that we were wet, so he handed us some paper towels and slightly hot warm water. The service attitude was great, and the food was also very good. It was suitable for bringing friends.
