Dreams Jade Resort & Spa

The gem of this resort is their lovely staff. They're so kind and thoughtful. They anticipate needs and fulfill them before you even ask. From the time you get there and are greeted, you're made to feel like family and completely at ease. The restaurants, the spa, the pools and bars are all incredible. Love it so much that we went there twice last year and are going every November for my wife's birthday. You need to go there!

Beautiful resort! Was there for my daughter's wedding and it could not have been any better. The view is beautiful, the service is impeccable, and the decor is first class! The food at the various restaurants was fantastic. The portions were small, but you can have as many as you want, so it didn't matter!

Dreams Jade is our absolute favorite resort to go to! We have been back multiple times and have had the best time, each time. From the moment you arrive until you leave, every staff member is kind, helpful and has such a positive attitude. Everyone we interact with has a smile on their face. Check in process is very organized and easy. We stay on the preferred side and love having access to the adults only pool. The main infinity pool is absolutely beautiful and so close to the ocean. Everything is an easy walk. Super easy to navigate around the resort. We love it here and can’t wait until our next trip back!

Two trips in the last 3 years, it was awesome both times. The staff is friendly and attentive. The pool/pool bar on both sides is wonderful. The preferred pool is more laid back with great food. The main pool is fun with a ton of activities. My only complaint is all the seaweed, but that was everywhere along the beach, not just our resort. Every restaurant is good, the French one is my favorite. A great bang for your buck.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this gorgeous and lush resort in the Caribbean Sea. From beginning to end, the staff was attentive, polite and very knowledgeable. We really felt welcomed and valued as customers. One of the best experiences at this resort is the spa. The decor and set up was immaculate, and the staff treated us like royalty. The massages were amazing! The room service is included with the all-inclusive package, and it was so convenient and delicious. DO THE DINNER ON THE BEACH! We will definitely be back!

Literally best experience of my life‼ I got married at Dreams Jade Resort with approximately 80 guests. EVERYONE was happy with the resort. Great balance between the "family" and preferred side. Buffet has endless options and they also have several different restaurants for dinner. 3 different pools to choose from and the pools are right next to the beach. Dreams is also great at having different activities for people of all ages

This resort exceeded my expectations. Very clean, great service. We especially loved Claudia who served us at breakfast and lunch every day. She was awesome! The pools were outstanding and the beach was clean and clear. Hardly any seaweed. The hibachi restaurant Spice was phenomenal and the poolside fish tacos were to die for. We will be back!

Had an amazing time. Treated like royalty. To begin with Maureen ( concierge at the Preferred Club ) who help me and my family to have the most wonderful experience. And then Leo our server at the Carnival Buffet who was always watching out for my mother ( who is 77 yo ) always following her with her knowing to grab her plate and bring it back to our table. Thank you Leo!! And then our wonderful experience at the Caper's restaurant, our waiter Emiliano, who was amazing, and the chef who came out after our dinner to thank us for coming and when he knew I was coming back the next day, decided to prepare me an amazing Osso Bucco, which isn't even on the menu. It was DELICIOUS!!!! Everyone in the restaurant was just staring at me and drooling at my plate. Our whole experience from our arrival up to our departure was AMAZING!!! We will definitely be coming back many more times. This was our first visit to this resort. You must try it at least once in your life.

Excellent stay in Cancun. The resort hosted 20 of us, and it was a wonderful experience.

Highlights:
* Preferred club, specially service from Yuri and Maria. Sweet, helpful, fun and talented!
* Room layout - very spacious and well thought out. Lots of room and was in very good shape. Everything worked well and was modern. We had oceanfront room and it was stunning.
* Food quality - everything was excellent and plentiful, can't speak to a single bad dish. The tacos... MMM... Get them with the cheese grilled on it.
* Service - everyone was professional, warm and service oriented.
* Resort upkeep - we saw people working nonstop to maintain the facilities and it showed. Was very impressed!
* Location to airport - this is a real bonus

Opportunities for improvement
* Restaurant wait times were expected but would be nice to have a simpler way to have dinner at a specific time
* Adjoining rooms in preferred and/or guaranteed rooms in same building. It would have been much better to have that option, as we had to do a switch half way through the vacation
* We had one day where the water stopped in the building for 3 hours. Not the end of the world, but not ideal

Overall we found the resort to be the right size have great space and areas to relax, and amazing food and service. Well done to the team!

I went to Dreams Jade for my friend’s wedding and it was fantastic. The staff is lovely and kind. The resort and rooms were spotless. Service was amazing. I have been to all inclusive resorts in Mexico before, and this is hands down the best one I’ve been to. The food was really good as well. Especially the lunch buffet and the restaurants (Mercure and Cin Cin especially). It has a laid back vibe and it’s really nice that the beach is right next to the pools. Drinks were delicious. And NO seaweed on the beach!!! Which was great. The water was really clear. Highly recommend

FIND AL IMMEDIATELY upon arrival. He was absolutely AHMAYZING! Never EXPECTED a tip but ALWAYS earned it from us no matter what area he was working in. We enjoyed Al very much during our stay!
We gave 3-stars for the room and here’s why. We had a Garden view room, the layout was GREAT! The tub, looked dingy, our fridge was not stocked upon arrival, we made a housekeeper aware, the front desk and STILL had to call to get water & soda in our fridge. No hand soap in the bathroom and the last night of our stay we had no housekeeping, bed wasn’t made, no new towels/wash clothes, we had to find a housekeeper in the hallway to get that stuff. If you aren’t willing to walk .25 miles everyday, do not, I repeat do not stay in buildings 1 or 2!
The service throughout the resort was top tier from most but seriously I cannot say enough about Al he was absolutely a star ⭐ always had a smile on his face each and every time we ran into him and always made sure we were ok and didn’t need anything!
The location of the resort was great, about a 30 min ride from Cancun airport and the resort grounds were kept EXTREMELY well and taken care of on a daily basis! The food was good, we ate in the French, Mediterranean and Japanese and were pleased with them all along with the buffet every morning!
We will definitely be back for a future stay!

Just got back from a five day stay at this resort. Right from the start, you’re greeted by staff taking your luggage to your rooms and they bring some champagne for the adults and brightly colored drinks for the kids, which made a strong impression! We enjoyed our room but we did, however, find that some of the outlets did not work. That was a minor issue ultimately but just something to be aware of. We were supposed to get a room upgrade but some miscommunication occurred and it didn’t happen but again, overall, minor issue. Everything else was exactly as expected with our room.

As for the resort, we had a lovely time hanging out the beautiful pools. There is plenty of space, fun music, and staff is easy to find in case you need a drink. The beach was also beautiful. The final day of our trip, the water was crystal clear and absolutely stunning!

This place also throws one hell of a wedding. They offer several options for locations and, in the case of an uncooperative weather event, they are quick to change your location if you have an outdoor location. Special shout to Rodolfo, who charmed us all and even danced with us at the reception! He was a blast. In the bridal suite, Olga was an absolute gem and came in clutch for us more times than I can count. Thank you, Rodolfo and Olga!!

As for the food and drinks, the wedding food was, at best, mid. I had hoped for more but it does seem pretty typical of most wedding venues. I’m also convinced that throughout the whole stay, the alcohol is watered down because I have never drank as much as I have and still felt just a minor buzz! I suppose this isn’t a bad thing but it was something that made us laugh.

During the day, your food options are the Cafe and the Castaway Buffet. They offer many options and the Cafe is open all hours, if I’m remembering correctly. Again, not the greatest food you’ve ever had but you can usually find a few things that you’ll like. The wait staff is lovely and entertaining, they will joke around and have you cracking up! I also recommend trying the various restaurants for your dinner.

Finally, whatever you do, remember to bring bug spray! They do sell some on site but it will be outlandishly priced so pack some in your check in bags. Sunscreen as well and whatever other little things that you would prefer not to overspend on. The bugs at the resort are plentiful, especially mosquitoes and these little black flying insects that you will find all over (cover your drinks!).

Overall, it is a beautiful resort and the customer service is great. You will sometimes have to reach out multiple times to get something dealt with or they will try upsell you (again, not a surprise if you have experience staying at a resort). But when you’re walking around and your hands are full, they offer to carry some things for you to help you out. When you need extra blankets and pillows, they are pretty quick to deliver them and so on and so forth.

We had a wonderful stay and are grateful for the warm welcome from the resort and memories we made!

We absolutely loved Dreams Jade! We got married here and had great service from Abelardo leading up to and the day of the wedding. He was so attentive to detail and made me feel so at-ease the day of my wedding.

We had a great time at the resort. It's very close to the airport (30 minutes drive). It was very clean and the service from all the staff was great. We loved the food.

Saul was so fun at the pool and kept people of all ages engaged and having fun.

The ocean was a bit rocky but definitely swim-able.

Francisco was a great bartender in the lobby bar for us January 15-19 2024. He was so so nice and accommodating . Thank you .
I don’t remember the name of the other inside lobby bartender but he was great too. They both made the vacation for me and on the sad day we had to head home they made some great farewell drinks . Thanks again Francisco and friend .

We just returned from a week at Dreams Jade Resort and Spa and had a wonderful week.

The resort and grounds were very well maintained. Pools were spacious to offer enough room and different vibes for all guests.
We experienced higher winds during our stay and this impacted the beach size, but this was no fault of the resort. The beach was clean and maintained daily.

We had amazing food at all restaurants. We are at Spice on two occasions and had a truly amazing experience with our server Hamed.
Jaime at Cin Cin was top notch server and left us wanting absolutely nothing by the end of our evening.
The food at Capers was also delicious. I will say that unfortunately the service we experienced that evening was significantly lacking, but having had such attentive wait staff at the other restaurants and speaking with other guests, we feel it was an one off experience. If we had more time, we would have returned.
A big thank you to Noe, the pool side server that we met on our last day. He was always around offering another round, very knowledgeable and we had many tasty drinks at his suggestion. We wished we had sat in his serving area earlier during our stay.
The international buffet always had lots to choose from and seating availability.

The rooms were spacious and clean. A bit dated, but the beds were very comfortable. We travelled with two other couples and it seemed our room cleaning was inconsistent between the couples, but again, nothing that would stop us from returning. Wifi worked great anytime we needed it.

The only thing we did not like was the persistence of the sales people to get you to attend their 90 min sales pitch session for the first few days. We did not attend , so I can not speak to what they were selling but it did feel much like a timeshare sales pitch vibe.

We were fortunate to travel during both the Super Bowl and Mardi Gras and the entire resort, staff and entertainment provided for an amazing experience.

Rooms were great. The view was incredible. Food was mediocre compared to other resorts. Programs and amenities changed all the time. Was told one thing one minute and something else the next. All in all, 7 outa 10 score.

Beautiful, clean and very fancy! Food and drinks are unlimited, they have shows at night, stores, bars, grill stands where you can order burger and fries.
My room had a beach and pool view in building one which was amazing.

I went with my family and we had great time overall with family. Rooms, pools and service is good. Breakfast and lunch are fantastic. Dinner options limited some nights and you had to book in advance.

We had a fantastic time when we did our wedding here december 2022. Irina was an angel (the wedding coordinator) she handled everything and anything that maybe went wrong (spelling on a sign) she gave us something in return. They set everything up exactly as I imagined (even better) and the resort was spacious and clean but quaint and relaxin. I wish I could relive our day over and over. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle we were on cloud 9. The beach is small but beautiful and the food is awesome. Room service takes a long time but available and the Italian restaurant is the best in my opinion but all are great. Just be prepared to sort of plan your day around dinner which isn’t such a bad thing if you’re chillin rather than partying. :)
We had a great time. We added on a farewell beach bonfire event with some photography and they set up a nice private area for us and a lil food table and signature drinks and stuff to do s’mores and stuff. We also had a mic and speakers (music we played) but for anyone who wanted to say something and maybe didn’t get a chance to at the wedding. It was so well done.
While there we did some Tulum exploring the ruins and the cenotes also atving in the jungle. We seadoo’d and parasailed and some of my family went to the dolphin marina next door. We also went to coco bongo and strongly recommend if you want a night of partying but get the group package and the private transportation there and back 🥂✨

Had a great time on our vacation. The entertainment staff of Oliyn, Leonardo, Angel, and all of the bartenders such as Carlos did a great job making sure we felt taken care of as well as made our entire experience that much better! Kudos to their staff!
