Got put up here cause our airline(frontier) overbooked the plane. Good place. Clean.

Honestly I don't understand all these bad opinions. For the one night stop before or after the flight is perfect and the rates are reasonable. The hotel is clean, the beds are very comfy. Its quiet. The transport from the airport once arranged was fast and reliable. You have to bear in mind that you have to let them know in advance about your preferences according to pickup from the airport. One thing that they can improve is the breakfast, not many options. The staff is helpful and friendly. Overall very good impression.

Nice they have a free shuttle to and from the airport but you need to schedule ahead of time.

I tried calling the hotel same day after booking to ask about the shuttle and I couldn't get through ot anyone who spoke English.

But once I arrived I enjoyed the hotel a free breakfast was included, not American style breakfast buffet but it was a lot better than most continental breakfasts.

I really liked this place. It was clean and chic with a great shuttle. Everyone was nice and the front desk clerk was so nice and accommodating. The pool deck was nice and overlooked nice shrubbery. If you want to save on flights to your all inclusive resort, fly in a day earlier and stay here, you won't be disappointed.

The hotel was cleaner than I've seen in a long time at much more expensive hotels. Comfortable bed, decent food. Plan for traffic to the airport. The staff was helpful. Plan your shuttle 24-48 hours ahead and you'll be fine.

Listen, it’s a great spot if you need to stay a night at the hotel before you leave to the airport. The workers are all friendly and it’s a great bargain. Rappi can’t deliver here and the food is so-so. The pool is great and you can get a nice sunset view. There’s a pool table I t he lobby if you like to shoot billiards and the rooms are really nice. When I arrived, my room was still a mess. I called the front and they quickly cleaned it up. This hotel offers shuttles or the airports which is great for the budget cost. Other places charge for shuttles to the airport. Food is included as well (breakfast at least)

Good hotel, close to airport if you need to spend a night or two while getting to your next destination. Friendly staff and convenient transportation from and to CUN Airport. Breakfast and Pool are good.

Very Modern and Clean Hotel, close to airport, reclaimed wood motif , huge green live wall in lobby (live plants ) Rooms have a European feel , fluffy white comforters, glass shower doors, sleek sinks ..

Breakfast included in the room rate was yummy, combination of continental, local fare eggs, black beans, salsa, yogurt, oats and assortment of pastries.

Only issues I could see for some folks would be the construction going on in the adjacent properties. At the time of this posting, a new hotel was being built next door. Looks like it will be wrapped up by Summer 2019.

Pool was huge, kids loved it, no guards though at the time we swam 10 am ...

Beautiful and well appointed hotel with a pool and restaurant! Right by the airport, so perfect for catching a flight, but can't hear the airport. Great price! And the restaurant was pretty good too

Very clean, quiet, serve good breakfast, nice courtyard with a pool and seating areas. Rooms are a little cramped, smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. But they are very clean and maintained very well. Hotel is new, just opened 11/2018. If you can squeeze out an extra day or two in Cancun, this is the place to stay. Free transportation to the airport included!

Better than I expected, it was a beautiful hotel with amazing rooms and services. Everything was 10/10. Specially the location near the airport (aprox 10 min) and their free airport shuttle service makes it the best to stay in a long layover

Price quality unbeatable. If you are willing to drive to the beach or take taxis it would be way cheaper than staying at the touristy zone.
Unless you really know the place and what to expect dont invest on all inclusive blindly.

Only 10 min away from the Cancun International airport , Brand New hotel is a quiet place to stay, with two property one for business and another for family you will be enjoy the room area, gym, read area lobby and the pool side very much. Highly recommend Alejandra and Leticia was amazing ambassador thanks for your hospitality.

I was pleasantly surprised about this hotel. It’s brand new and very modern. Hotel staff was very nice. The food was great. The hotel is new and some things aren’t there yet. I would recommend.

Brand new hotel. The rooms are comfortable and super neat. The best in the hotel is the pool which is warm so it's even a good option for cloudy, windy days. The worst is the room service, really pricy and too simple.

If you need a clean spot close to the airport with shuttle service.. Stay here.. Pool was nice and clean..

Great pool, modern rooms with kitchens, restaurant has great salmon dishes.

The service at the restaurant was atrocious food was cold, I didn't think a snack should take an hour and a half to get!

For price extremely happy.. little understaffed but facilities amazing..breakfast and airport shuttle included. Doctor on site for COVID (extra)
