Haven Riviera Cancún

We had an excellent 8 night stay at Haven and already planning a return trip. The property itself is stunning, and that is obvious the moment you pull up to the front entrance. We were a little shocked at how much we loved the food with every restaurant having it's own unique menu. There were a few people that went way above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Edith was our butler, and she almost felt like a friend by the end of our trip. From her "good morning, how may I help you today" messages, to our simple greetings throughout the day, Edith made our vacation perfect. Sahel was the pool concierge at the Serenity pool, and he was always around to make you laugh, change out your towels, and even create specials moments for you during the day. The guest services manager (Ana Silveira), who we didn't even meet until we were checking out, surprised us behind the scenes with a special night at our final dinner.
Thanks to all of the Haven staff for making it a wonderful trip.

*unpaid review* We went over Valentines 2024 with about 10 people total and had an amazing time. We all were so impressed with how clean EVERYTHING was, how great the food was and how fun the trip was overall! The place was busy but never felt too booked, so restaurants were all comfortably full and the pools were filled to a fun capacity. Highly recommend this resort! Only thing that could have been better was the beaches had seaweed but sand was soft and lots of seashells.

We got married at Haven Riviera Cancun last May with ~40
guests and long story short I would do it all over again tomorrow. They made the planning process about as stress free and self contained as possible! Our guests had an amazing time! We worked with Miguel in the wedding department and I simply do not have enough wonderful things to say about him! The entire staff was incredible! The food, rooms, pools, everything was just perfect!

Without a doubt, Paloma was the shining star of my experience at Haven Riviera. Her personable and attentive approach made what could have been just a service into a genuine connection. From the moment we sat down, Paloma ensured that every guest in our group was taken care of. She did not just take orders; she engaged in conversations, asked thoughtful questions, and amazingly remembered not only names but details about us that isn't apart of her role. Greeting her every morning felt like I was saying hello to an old friend. Paloma's energy was a breath of fresh air, gentle, warm, and genuine. I can tell she is passionate about her job and taking care of her family. Her interactions with us was meaningful and I can personally say I will not forget her. Please treat her well at the resort, Haven Riviera!

During my stay, I had the unexpected privilege of crossing paths with Obed, the night manager. In a moment of personal challenge, Obed demonstrated a level of care that went beyond the typical responsibilities of a manager.
What struck me the most about Obed was his genuine unfiltered humanity. In a world where managers often prioritize protocol over connection, Obed stood out for his authentic concern, still respecting his responsibilities. He didn't just provide service; he extended a compassionate hand, connecting with me on a human level without judgment.
Obed's grace and care during that brief encounter left an imprint on me. It is astonishing how a mere 20 minutes of interaction can impact the course of one's life. I am forever grateful for his kindness and considerate demeanor during a challenging moment.
In the realm of hospitality, where service can sometimes feel transactional, Obed exemplifies the difference that human connection can make. His actions reflect positively on Haven Riviera but also serve as a reminder of how important it is to be kind first.

Fantastic experience. Very clean and the beach was beautiful. While the pools were great the beach was fantastic. Rooms were great. Service and food top notch. Bartenders friendly and hilarious. We went to two shows at the resort and really enjoyed the shows.

We had a wonderful time at Haven! We had the partial view swim out pool room. There was waiter serving drinks even at the private pool! Samual, our waiter each day, was amazing, friendly, helpful, and always ready when you needed a drink. The restaurant service was great. Everything was perfect!

Amazing resort! We have experienced a lot of resorts in Cancun and Haven is definitely one of the best. Fastest check-in process (with NO wasted time trying to sell us on anything). Staff is exceptional!! Room service, food, drinks, cleanliness, all great. The beach is beautiful! Yes, the seaweed can get bad on that side of Cancun but the large beach with enough chairs and palm trees make it feel like a true paradise. Heated and clean pools with great drink service. A lot of food options, you will definitely not go hungry! If you can upgrade to the swim out oceanfront, highly recommend! Overall, amazing stay and we will be back!

The Haven is the most magical place! All of the staff are the friendliest people. The resort is newer, so everything is so Modern and clean. We just had our wedding at The Haven last weekend, and it could not have been more perfect! Thank you to Miguel our wedding planner for being the absolute best. You were so organized and on top of everything and made our weekend so special and memorable for us. You are so kind and funny and brought the best energy, we will truly miss you so much! Thank you to Lizandro, their other wedding coordinator as well for helping out. Also, thank you to Edith for being our butler and helping us all week with our reservations and getting our suit and dress ready for the wedding. We couldn’t recommend this resort enough!

My cousin and I had a blast. Service was excellent and enjoyed the Satsu, and other restaurants. Loved the swim up bar. Nightly entertainment was so much fun. Moon Cabaret is very entertaining at night for the shows and night club. Jonathan our butler was amazing. Always on top of everything. Loved our ocean view serenity club jacuzzi room with two queen beds. Very comfortable.

Went to Haven for my birthday with a group of friends and we had the best time. The service was top notch. The staff made sure we were taken care of at all times. Beautiful resort, clean pool, good food, fun activities. The only downside (if any) was the rooms were a little hot and humid at times.

We just came back from an amazing trip to Mexico. We stayed at Haven Resorts and Spa and I have NOTHING to complain about. We were part of Serenity Club, which is a must, as you get access to amazing food such as Tahani and Vistas! The staff is AMAZING (restaurant waiters, bartenders, room service, butler, etc.). Every single person at Haven made our week extremely special. The staff is always smiling, always ready to help, always ready to make your stay memorable. A special thanks to Sandra (manager at the hotel) for being INCREDIBLE. She truly is amazing and we are so grateful for her for everything she has accommodated for us. She made sure we were booked for all of our dinners, she made sure we were okay and satisfied by checking up on us daily, she really took care of us! Regarding cleanliness of the hotel, it’s also 5 stars! We really have nothing bad to say. We would’ve just preferred more options for serenity club (more restaurant options) and more activities in the evening- oh and the beach in this location isn’t great, but the hotel and it’s pools really make up for it. We took a day trip to Isla Mujeres where we got to see the beautiful blue ocean. Overall, Michael and I had a great stay and we will definitely visit again! Thank you!

We had our honeymoon here in July of 2023. It was amazing! We had a swimout suite, the front desk stuck us between multiple honeymooners and it was a very peaceful 10 day spent in the swim out! Versus the othersude of swimput suites which seemed to be where the partying guests were. The food was incredible, sadly the steakhouse and Asian restaurant were our least favorite, but all other restaurants and buffets were incredible. The resort was very clean, some construction going on, however we were there in their less busy season! The resort itself is very secluded and there aren't any other resorts close to you on the beach. We also witnessed a few sea turtles nesting and laying eggs several nights while we were there! The pools were great and live entertainment was spot on. I would highly recommend this resort for a nice adult get away!

We are currently on day 4 of 5 nights stay at Haven and having an amazing time! The staff are amazing. Shoutout to Cesar, our waiter at flavours, and Edgar and his lovely assistant who are photographers at Moments Photography attached to the hotel (they captured the beautiful sunset photos for us), amongst other amazing staff. The photos are the best souvenires we could have had from our vacation!

We are a very low maintenance and relaxed couple. We really enjoyed the circular quiet pool, live bands (fantastic musicians and music choices), the entertainment including the DJ, and moons cabaret. Cabanas always seem to be available and the bartenders make strong drinks.

The rooms and bathrooms are clean, modern and beautiful. We had room turnover once and Cristina did a great job. Property is well maintained.

Next time we are back we may try Serenity club or a walkout pool. Maybe hydrotherapy.

Just got back from a 5 night stay at Haven and everything about the experience was amazing. My husband and I have done many all inclusive resorts all over and this was by far one of our favorites. Everything from the rooms to service to food to entertainment was excellent. We traveled with a group of 9 and everyone thought the same thing. We had booked a partial ocean view room and got upgraded to an oceanfront room by Alexis at the front desk for our anniversary which was amazing. The staff was friendly and truly wanted to provide amazing experiences. The food was great (especially at the buffets surprisingly), the resort grounds are clean and luxurious and plenty of things to do and enjoy entertainment wise. We will absolutely be back to this resort. Haven hit the mark on so many levels!

Haven Riviera Cancun was paradise! The master suite was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. The view... surreal. If you have the ability to upgrade to the Serenity package, do it! In some of my experiences with all-inclusive resorts, food isn't the best. However, Haven was delicious! We dined at Satsu a couple of the evenings. It was delicious. My hubby and I are foodies, so we were pleasantly surprised when the resort food exceeded our expectations. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They had plenty of activities, lounge chairs, cabanas, etc. Every morning, we woke up to watch the sunrise from our balcony. The layout of the resort made it easy to get to different points. The pools were spacious, clean, and beautiful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We will be sure to make that our go-to resort. Things to remember, tipping, make your dinner reservations in advance on their very convenient app, and enjoy!

I am very picky when it comes to hotels and resorts. I can say that Haven was really great! It is secluded and very private which I loved. It is definitely more of a couples resort but I came with a friend and we had a great girls trip. Service was fantastic, including Angel our butler who went above and beyond. Only downside is the beach is not good. Tons of seaweed and garbage that gets washed up. They try and clean it up but it’s impossible really. Still pretty ocean views though. Best thing about this resort is the spa, absolutely do the hydro journey!! It was amazing. Overall a very good experience and I would be back in the future with a spouse as the whole place definitely has a romantic vibe.

Beautiful resort, small footprint so everything is in walking distance and doesn't require shuttles/golf carts. Dinning accommodations were nice, staff were all very friendly and courteous. Beach was small but pools had plenty of space and lounges. New towels always available. Great evening entertainment but venue is small so popular shows filled up prior to show time.

Amazing place with a staff that was over the top on performance. The food was great at every restaurant and the buffet always had awesome fresh food. There isn’t one negative I can think of about this Haven!!! Omar, Sergio, and Isaac were our favorite bartenders at the pool bar! Definitely recommend trying out every restaurant and bar.

By far the best all inclusive resort for adults! Room service was amazing! They always on top of everything and made sure that we felt comfortable each day! Food was really good as well! The bartenders, servers, host, room service, and cooks were so nice! They will do anything for you. Lots of activities to do throughout the day and night! Hotel area was always clean, looked professional! My wife and I will be coming back shortly!

High level: Fantastic adults only all inclusive with great value for money. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it to other couples looking for a relaxing vacation at a beautiful resort.
Rooms- So clean and luxurious. We had a junior suite with a jacuzzi and it was so relaxing.
Staff - Friendly and on it! We had a problem with our shower temp the first day and it was fixed in the first 30 minutes of calling. We felt so taken care of. The staff at the pools and restaurants are so nice and made our experience so much more enjoyable. I also want to say a huge thank you to the staff for putting on the most incredible Super Bowl party. Best Super Bowl of my life. They had extra bars, chairs by the pool to watch the game on a giant big screen overlooking the beach, a huge outdoor BBQ, a foam party during the day, and a DJ. There was even a gorgeous cake in the shape of the SB trophy. Thank you for providing such an incredible experience we'll never forget!
Pools - Swim up bars were so fun and the pools were so refreshing. The lagoon style pool was colder but it was super enjoyable on hot days. I loved how you could sit at any of the chairs or cabanas without reserving or paying extra.
Food - Was it the best food of my life? No. But it was good, especially compared to other all inclusives we've been to. Highlights were the breakfast buffet, the taco stand at lunch, Satsu and Agua Bendita. Room service was never THAT delicious but after a couple of tequila shots, there was nothing better than having food sent up to your room at the end of the night, so fun!
Beach - 4/5 beach. The hammocks, beach beds and beach service were incredible. The views of the ocean are gorgeous. There is seaweed but the beach is well maintained.
Drinks- Amazing drinks and fast service. Every day you could try a new cocktail.
Serenity Club - We did not do the Serenity Club upgrade and had a fantastic time without the upgrade. I'm sure the upgrade was enjoyable but we still had an amazing vacation and never felt like "second-class" vacationers.
