Dr. Raul Gonzales is a true professional that not only knows what he is doing, but also does it with a genuine care and attention to details. He saved my tooth that was cracked and filled with amalgam by carefully removing the old filling, breaking the cracked wall and reconstructing the whole tooth. The procedure was done with care and with attention to safety - during the amalgam removal he used a dental dam to prevent the mercury particles from entering my mouth. He was very honest and explained that there is a possibility I will loose the tooth if the fissure is too deep. He has done a fantastic job - my tooth feels great. It's been nearly 2 months now. After some mediocre experiences with dentist that tried to sell me on unnecessary procedures, I finally feel I found MY dentist! I would recommend Dr. Gonzales to anyone! My husband had some work done too and feels the same way.

Found this place online. Saw Dr Raúl Gonzalez. Had two appointments, one week before my return to the UK. One for a clean and whiten (with moulds) and one to remove a wisdom tooth.
Amazing, service, impecable English and manner. Professional, gentle removal and clean. Even had a free follow-up appointment the next week before boarding my flight. Good recovery, good pain relief. Cannot fault this service. Very good value compared to the UK. Will probably be returning to get the other wisdom tooth removed. Highly recommend. Thank you Raúl.

Dr Barbara is very kind and most importantly extremely patient. She received me immediately, without reservation, and prescribed me antibiotics for the extreme tooth swelling that I had. Since I was leaving Playa soon, we didn't start the healing process but I am certain that her professionalism would shine there, too.

I had been feeling a sensitive tooth for a few days while in Mexico & was able to get an appointment the same day. Dr Claudia is very professional & your comfort is her priority. While on holidays, I broke a tooth and and dropped in to see what the damage was. Dr Claudia had a look and took x-rays and then gave me the options. I decided on the root canal with a crown. She gave me an estimate on costs and explained the procedure. 2 weeks later the root canal and permanent crown was placed. I did not have any pain during or after the procedures. The service, the professionalism of her and her staff was impeccable. Thank you for everything.

Very friendly staff. The Doctor is easy to talk to and great at explaining everything clearly. They make you feel comfortable and the space is clean and organized. We had great experiences getting fillings and will return whenever needed again.

Better than any dentist I've seen in Europe or the USA. Dra. Claudia and her team are extremely professional and I've never received this kind of attention. I did a deep cleaning with them. After the cleaning she took the time to point out some small cavities that she recommended I get fixed but she didn't push anything on me at all. I decided to get one filling: she was extremely cautious and used more tools and safety steps than my dentist in Austria.

After arriving on holiday in Playa del Carmen I developed an agonising abscess on a dead and broken tooth. I was in so much pain with lots of swelling that I had to got to a dentist in an emergency. I found good reviews for fresh dental online, so turned up there without an appointment.
The receptionist telephoned the dentist and within 20 minutes she was there. They were so warm and friendly, spoke perfect English and explained everything to me about my treatment options. I had an examination, x-ray, and was prescribed antibiotics and painkillers. They will follow my progress while I am here and I could not ask for a better service. Highly recommended.

Very careful work with Dr. Claudia and give a lot of explanations. Very good price and number one quality for the work. Will always see her back for future treatments. You are in good hands with her, no doubts.

I had to do deep cleaning and in Usa it's very expensive do I decided to go here. Didnt know what to expect but luckily I was treated by an angel!!! Omg the dentist was so sweet and caring and kind!!! She actually cared! And her personality is amazing!!! I will be back for future cleanings! Really do recommend this place!!!

Having a new crown made at Fresh Dental Studio. A very smooth process, had my molar sized down to fit a smaller crown. Testing a temporary crown at the moment, the permanent will be ready in a week. The service is very friendly, Dra Claudia Saldaña and her team both speak English and are very personable.
