Nicksan Cabo

It has been ten years since the last time I dined here, and last night did not disappoint. The wait staff is incredibly helpful and attentive, with a number of people working on a single table. The restaurant has recently received a decor facelift with more Asian inspired look and feel. The food was absolutely fantastic, and you can see it being freshly made in front of you. The tuna tostada had a ton of melt in your mouth tuna. The gyozas were the unsung hero of the night. They were massive and absolutely delicious. While the lobster roll wasn’t on the menu, many folks still enjoyed it with a little different take on the dish but just as good. The sea bass teriyaki was flakey and fantastic - highly recommend. The special roll of the night was a tuna topped with yellowtail, avocado, Serrano chile, and fried garlic with oil and ponzu sauce and that was to die for.
Pleasantly refreshing evening and cannot wait to come back.

This was by far the best Sushi I have ever had. We caught Mahi Mahi and brought it here. The chef Nick then prepared for us a 13 course meal with it. We will be going back.

Excellent quality. Our group ordered a little bit of everything, and everything was extremely fresh and well seasoned. They even made a special order of chicken for my toddler.

Service was great, food came fast but not too fast. The place was clean and the staff was all friendly.

Prices were a little expensive compared to my home town, but that's Cabo.

Absolutely the best sushi I have ever had, not just in Cabo while on vacation, but ever. Chef Abel is knowledgeable about combining flavors, excellent at bringing out the true flavors. We just let him create what he wanted, and it was incredible.
Make a reservation. Especially if you have more than 2 in your party.
Call in advance if you have a large party to reserve the sushi bar section.
The drink menu is large. Many selections of sake, cocktails, lots of wines. I had the Sangria.

You need to try this place .

Awesome sushi, very fresh , the Serrano Tiradito is out of this world. Tostadas de Atún are also a must.

This was the best find ever!y partner does not like sushi but there were great options. She had the lobster roll and it was fabulous. I jad yellow fin serritino and was very good.

Nick-san is a well known sushi restaurant in the heart of Cabo San Lucas known for quality. The design is nice with sushi chefs entertaining diners with their skills in the kitchen. Enjoyable!

My wife and I were on our anniversary and the resort food was not cutting the cake so we out the entire trip for all our meals. Eddie makes you feel right at home and the preparation and sushi was some of the best we have had. The service by Luis was excellent and comparable to any high end restaurant in the states. It is not a discount meal if you are looking for that hit the taco stands up. It was a very nice meal and atmosphere.

It is some of the best sushi I have had in my life. We let the sushi chef decide on what we ate. It was not cheap, but the food quality matched the service. I highly recommend it if you are in Cabo San Lucas.

We were told this was the best sushi in all of Cabo. service was outstanding. granted we were the only people in there. however, they were very accommodating and friendly.

Very good sushi. Be warned - it's expensive. Service is ok. Service in Mexico isn't like the US, it's way more laid back and less attentive. The sushi makes up for it. Wow. It's fresh, interesting and executed perfectly.

Fantastic high end Sushi! If you want unbelievable flavors and fresh sushi this is the place! I wish they had local specials so we could go regularly!!
