Guss Tacos

This little place is amazing. The food is great. The tacos 🌮 were delicious, and the tray of toppings was wonderful. We got free chips and guacamole and bottled waters. Such a lovely place and the atmosphere wonderful and so was the staff. This place is a MUST STOP if you're in the area and you want great food. We loved everything about this place. Every time we cruise, Carnival Vista or Panorama, we look forward to coming to this place each and every time. On our next cruise, you bet we will be back again

What's not to like at Taco Guss. Some of the best Tacos 🌮 in town. Must be, as the locals frequent it as well.

Great service and fairly inexpensive as well. It's one of our first stops when we get into town.

Was just back again recently, and still absolutely amazing Tacos. Flavors were out of this World as always 😃👍👍

I had the Pastor, Shrimp and Skirt Steak Tacos, and my brother had the Pastor Tortas.

I also posted the new Menu Board with the prices as well. It's gone up in price. But it's still worth it, and extremely good 😃

We stopped here for breakfast before hitting the beach. The service was quick. We had a pineapple water that was absolutely amazing. We were both very satisfied with the flavor and portions of the food. Would definitely return during our next trip to Cabo.

I loved trying the authentic tacos that you can get at Tacos Guss. The restaurant is located near the marina and the downtown area of Cabo San Lucas so stop by if you have the chance for some delicious tacos. I really liked the shrimp tacos since the shrimp was so juicy and flavorful.

Food
My favorite to least favorite tacos that I tried were the shrimp, arrachera, and asada tacos with a Mexican Coke. The shrimp was so juicy and flavorful. The beef tacos were pretty good as well but next time I might for the pastor. Honestly the flour tortilla for the tacos were the best though and better than any tortilla I’ve had in Seattle. A variety of sauces and toppings for your tacos come on the side so you are able to customize them taco to your liking. The guacamole and salsa were so fresh.

Atmosphere
Casual and very open atmosphere. There are 2 entrances to Taco Guss, one for a smaller party sit down and another one with picnic tables that can seat up to 8 people. The noise level was pretty loud though because there are no windows that can close and the place is located by a road.

Pricing
Tacos were about 3 USD each and are far cheaper than the tacos that I’m used to around Seattle. Portion was also good for the amount of food you get.

Service
Service was good and the staff knew a little bit of English so that we could get thru the ordering process.

Great tacos. Had the al pastor and chorizo tacos. All the different salsa were great. Even comes with chips and guacamole.
Would eat there again. Might go back this week

Fantastic taco stop! Great drink selection and fantastic tacos. All orders come with a great set up of sauces and condiments for the table. We had chicken and shrimp and both excellent, recommend doing on corn tortilla as is the usual. Highly recommend!

Fantastic tacos! Friendly quick service. Skip the sit down fancy places in Cabo, and grab lunch or dinner here, you will not be disappointed! Make sure you take Pesos.

Fantastic tacos in downtown Cabo St. L. Great street food with a local atmosphere. Not just for tourists. They take only cash, but I guess they work with small margins so it is really OK.

Amazing food, 10/10 recommend! So delicious and well made. We were looking for a more local spot for dinner and this was IT! The tacos were amazing and the salsa platter they give was so fun. We were able to stop by another night and grab a few tacos to go, they even put the sides in in separate baggies! I would highly suggest going for either lunch or dinner!

Hands down the best tacos I had in Cabo. This place is the real deal. If you're here you need to stop in.

My boyfriend frequents Cabo & found this little spot on one of his trips. A quaint little spot, but delicious food. They bring you out a platter of veggies plus a thing of chips w several salsas & amazing guac almost immediately after you sit down. They are very generous with the portions of meat they put in your tacos. You get so much bang for your buck; it’s also very inexpensive. We will definitely come back here whenever we’re in town. Don’t sleep on this place!

Great little place to grab some cheap but tasty tacos. They also bring out a thing of salsas and a thing of other topping for the tacos. They are actually divided into a couple buildings close to each other, no frills, just picnic type tables to sit at. Staff is fast and friendly. 3 tacos and a large horchata was just $10. I’d definitely go back next time I’m in Cabo.

This place is my all night #1 GoTo Food Shack right on the main drag headed into Cabo from all points east. Imagine this... they close at 6AM and reopen at 9AM. For the other 21 hours they are open, they are slamming all the late night comfort food you can handle: Tacos, quesadillas as big as a dinner platter, tortas and none other than Vampiros! So after a long night hitting the dance floor at your local dance clubs... for that I have had too much tequilla and dancing and I struck out with the last date on the dance floor... head over to Guss Taco and get your late night sabor de Mexico satisfied.

Always love stopping in gus' when in town. Love the hot salsa.

Absolutely no frills but very clean and the food is the best in the area. We didn’t opt for the more mainstream restaurants because we wanted the real authentic tastes. This spot did not disappoint. The tequila selection was great. Service was fast and food is fresh. I had two massive margaritas and 4 shrimp tacos while my husband had coke and several pork and chicken tacos. The price was great in my opinion; a lot of the mainstream spots are more pricey for less food. This is a must stop on your visit to Cabo.

This place is delicious!! This place was referred to us by a local and OMG he didn't steer us wrong. Over 2 days we tried tacos: Shrimp, chicken, asada, fish, chorizo, pastor, and lengua. All of them were amazing!! Chicken was probably the best chicken taco I have ever eaten. I'd definitely order them all again. We got enchiladas and man, oh man, they were to die for!!!! Huge serving and so yummy!! Great prices! Quick awesome service. Next time the enchiladas will be the 1st thing I order! They have cold beer and sodas and more. We got Horchata and 👌, so delicious!! Close to the marina, easy walking distance and so worth it!!

Great place for authentic Mexican food, prices are reasonable, fresh food and good service. No frills picnic table style seating, small place, good food.

Great food. Reasonable price. I like they serve sauces and taco toppings on the side in convenient trays. Beef tripe is the best I have ever had. Highly recommended. I would caution do your own math when ordering. We received the final bill with a whole number but no itemized prices. There were sure some rounding and hidden markup. They receive cash only. Conversion to USD is less favorable.

Excellent tacos. Especially the Al pastor and chorizo. Great salsa selection, Good service. Went to this shops multiple times during our trip.
