Hyatt Vacation Club At Sirena Del Mar

This place is built on a cliff and has several pools. Access to the beach is via a concrete spiral staircase that takes you to a small, secluded beach. We stayed in a one bedroom villa which was very spacious, with Jacuzzi inside the room. There was a full kitchen with all appliances and utensils, a dining table and a living room. It even had a washer and dryer. Outside there was a large balcony with a large table and cushioned armchairs as well as a hammock. I would definitely stay here again if I am visiting Cabo.

As a Cabo resident, hosting my parents for the first time - I wanted everything to be perfect, and their trip really was PERFECT at Sirena Del Mar. From the room, to the amenities, to the views...but most of all the incredible staff - always so friendly, helpful, and generous. This is a very quiet resort with unbelievable views, less than 10 minute drive to downtown San Lucas. Will absolutely recommend Sirena Del Mar to friends and family visiting Cabo!

We have visited this lovely resort for 3 years and always find something new to do. Last year we explored some restaurants and this year we just stayed and cooked and sunbathed at the beach. The water was so warm that we were able to snorkel for an hour straight a couple times during the week. The staff is always wonderful and friendly. I started when it was a Welk property and now it's a Hyatt vacations club. Can't wait for next year and December is the best time.

I really enjoyed my stay at sirena Del Mar. It is ways from Cabo, about 15-20 min but using Uber makes it easy. It costs an average of 8-15$ one way so it’s definitely affordable. The resort overall has a beautiful view of the arch but only from the main pool area. Nonetheless, great views all around from the owners building and the apartment itself had everything we needed!

The staff was great and made our stay all the better. We didn’t enjoy the restaurant food as much, I think that the chef could be a bit more creative with their event food but otherwise, try the nachos!

There are about 3-4 pools and my favorite is definitely the infinity pool. The hot tub is perfect, very hot but that’s the way it should be! They also have access to a semi-private beach with these beautiful concrete stairs! The pictures posted of the beach is from my room- to die for!

I would definitely stay here again but I’d upgrade to the suite. ;)

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Resort hospitality was outstanding. Service was very quick and exceeded the expectations.

Highly recommended ocean facing room. Worth paying extra $$ but it was an awesome experience for us especially having a morning breakfast in a gallery facing the ocean. It was so calm, soothing and relaxing.

I would say at least a minimum of 4 days are needed. Ideally 7 days would be the best to enjoy and a more relaxing experience.

Beautiful place to watch the whales from your room balcony if you have an ocean view. Great pool with swim up bar and ocean view, spas ,beach access and BBQs

We truly enjoyed our stay. The service from checkin, bartenders to activities was fantastic.

There was a few maintenance issue with bathroom slider locks but doesn’t unlock. Someone got stuck but we were able to jimmy with a butter knife and unlock.

The views are spectacular and if you’re up to catch the sunrise you may even see a cruise ship coming to the harbor. The
Pool offers great views as you can see from the photos.

The location to Cabo town is not far. We rented our own auto which offers a lot of flexibility to visit other spots or beaches. We visited 3 great beaches including Lovers Beach. The resort has a nice almost private cove beach accessible via a circular staircase way

We brought our own floats by Float’n Thang, they are a must for those Cabo beaches where the depth drops off to 6’ only feet from the shore. The floating experience is so much fun. Add a set of fins and you can go just about aware. Without fins best to stay close as some coves have rip currents and wave action.

The areas are nice for snorkeling. Don’t forget that safety to first. We use our floats which have a leash to attach. This allows others to spot us, hold our water and relax when done snorkeling. It takes it to the next level and I’ve been snorkeling for over 50 years.

We will be looking forward to our next stay.

Stopped by this spot for a drink and our friends wanted to show us their timeshare. They usually stay in when they travel here. The bartenders knew them, and we got such great service. Had a few strawberry margaritas, chips, salsa, and guacamole. And the best part of all is the queso fundido. Oh, so tasty.

This place was beautiful as well. The pool is overlooking the ocean. They had music playing and were serving outdoor drinks at the outdoor bar. Cute spot!

Great Resort, with beautiful views of the ocean, and if lucky you can see the whales. Great pools and always have activities going on. Infinity pools breathtaking Pool bar is awesome and has great service. Food and drinks was great but can get pricey. They do have a little convient store on property, But their is a grocery store across the street and they do have amenities in the rooms to cook if you desire. Also, they have washer and dryer in the rooms. The Staff is great.

Our family had an absolute great experience during our six day stay at this resort. Rooms were very nice, comfortable, well maintained and stocked with all the essential dining ware. Rating 4.6 out of 5. The common areas were similarly very well maintained. Pool, bar, hot tub, gym all receive excellent marks 4.7 out of 5. Restaurant was very good. I’d say a 4.6 out of 5. Staff was super friendly and always extremely helpful not only for things you need at the resort but with information about the area in general 5 out 5. Keep in mind this place is not an ultra luxury resort so don’t expect Waldorf Astoria, Aria, Four Seasons level accommodations. Keep your expectations reasonable and you’re sure to enjoy your stay. I’d definitely stay here again.

I would've given 5☆ across the board had they provided some kind of all-inclusive package or transportation to the excursions they sell you.

What made our stay at Sirena Del Mar unforgettable was the service. The bartenders, servers, and the rest of the staff were always friendly and on point. Room was beautiful, though admittingly could have been a little cleaner (was mostly lacking in detailed cleaning). Pool was amazing. The food, though not spectacular, was very good. We look forward to visiting again.

Spent 3 beautiful, restful weeks here. Our 2 bedroom suite was large and we'll appointed down to the last detail. Only disappointment was that our view of the sea was obstructed, but most of our time was spent at the pools and the beach. Service was fast and friendly and the restaurant was excellent.

Love this place!! Beautiful and luxurious! They also treated us like family there. My son became the popular one! The views were amazing especially from the pool side! Also beach entrance is super private as well.

I use because we have a time share. However due to the Hyatt taking over they are going to start reconstructing the venue and make it better. However I thought it was great the way it was. I hope they do not change too much.

Our first time here in Cabo as well as this resort. It's as close to an all-inclusive resort as you'd want. Good food and service! Rooms are a little worn, but since Marriott bought it from Welk, they're renovating the entire living quarters, exercise/ workout room, etc.

Beautiful resort, great views of the ocean from the room, and arc from the pool, on-site restaurant Estrella is spectacularly delicious and affordable, and the staff make your stay worthwhile by going above and beyond to accommodate every request, loved it, can't wait to return!

Pros- Huge resort with lots of amenities, love the pool, hammocks, well stocked kitchenettes. They even have a laundry, so if you are travelling with family this is the place for you. Views are incredible! Some mentioned after Santorini I agree. Staff is great too
Cons- it’s not walkable to marine side where all the restaurants are but it’s just an Uber away.

My wife and I have stayed at this resort 5 or 6 different times. We have also stayed at 4 other resorts in Cabo over the last 7 years. This is hands down our FAVORITE resort. Here are a list of reasons why:

- AMAZING restaurant staff and food
- we’ll maintained and clean resort
- great gym

Now if you ever stay at this resort, here are some amazing people I hope you get the opportunity to meet:

- Omar, head chef at the restaurant on property, Estrella. Do yourself a favor and ask to meet him! He is one of the most passionate chefs we have ever met, and you can taste that passion with the amazing food he has put together on their menu. He has always been so kind and courteous to my wife and I, plus any other family or friends we have brought over the years.

-Pavel, waiter for lunch/dinner at the restaurant Estella. We absolutely love Pavel, he is literally our favorite waiter, EVER, not just at that resort or in Cabo. He provides such prompt, friendly, and fantastic service while waiting on you. He would interact with our kids and even teach them some Spanish while ordering, and always with a huge smile. All of our friends and family also commented how great he was every time we stayed at the resort.

-Guillermo, waiter for breakfast at the restaurant Estella. We actually just met him for the first time during our most recent visit. He had such a great personality and was a fantastic waiter! We were very happy that we got the chance to meet him.

-Emilio, entertainment staff at the Pool. Emilio has such an awesome and outgoing personality. He is absolutely hilarious and makes sure everyone is having a great time at the pool during all activities and even in between the activities. My kids loved playing with him and were laughing the whole time because how funny he was and nice to them.

- Kris, Fedra, and Mario, all work at the concierge. I had a great experience on different trips, I worked with one of them during each of those trips. They had a great attitude and were beyond helpful when planning all of our adventures. I really appreciated the work they put into making sure our activities/travel was set up correctly.

We will definitely be going back for many years and definitely recommend you try it out!

The staff were amazing and friendly. The place was clean and we felt safe.
The resort at times feels like a private getaway.it has access to a private beach.
