Vanessa is truly a gem to Playa del Carmen real estate. From our initial conversation to purchasing a condo, she has gone beyond expectations.

Since I've never been to Playa del Carmen nor do I speak Spanish, I was little apprehensive. That quickly dissolved after realizing Vanessa speaks great English in addition to her ability to cover all the details in a reassuring manner. She answered all my questions thoroughly. I can tell she genuinely loves what she does.

When I arrived in Playa del Carmen Vanessa offered to pick me up at my hotel and essentially be my tour guide for the trip. In addition to seeing great properties, she showed me around the city. We stopped at great markets and restaurants I may not have found on my own. I truly got to feel the essence of Playa del Carmen and Playacar which made me fall in love with it.

In addition to real estate, she connected me with a property management company and set up a smoothie date for the owner and I to talk. Since I'm looking at investment rentals, this was a huge load off of me in terms of finding the right company to take care of the condo. I felt like the whole thing was coming together with ease.

Vanessa really got to know me which translated into the properties we saw. In the end, I found the perfect one for a vacation rental as well as a family spot for us to visit in Playacar. I felt in good hands with total trust in the process. Anything I had concerns about she took care of for me.

I feel like I found a condo but I also found a friend!

Vanessa was instrumental in showing me the properties we were looking for is Playacar Mexico.
The selection she had ready for viewing in such a short notice was impressive. Also the selections that we looked at were covering a wide range of possible investment scenarios from new builds to existing established Villas.
Vanessa was very professional and explained in detail all what is the process of buying a property in Mexico.
She was willing to give us her Canadian and US contacts who purchased properties in Playacar so we can get a real filing from what is it to own a property in Playa del Carmen.
Personally looking forward to work with Vanessa when we are are ready for our purchase.

So this year we went back to the same resort as last year Riu Palace Mexico and we took the opportunity to visit some properties in Playacar
Vanessa was very helpful and accommodating with us and our friends that wanted to see for their own how beautiful this area really is.
We last Vanessa know that we only want to see properties within our estimated budget and we are looking only in Playacar
She was able to show us 4 beautiful properties and all were as we asked for in Playacar.

Vanessa's place is so cosy and a perfect home away from home.. The Location is PERFECT, 5 mins walk to the beach, 10/15 min walk to Quinta Avenida , and gyms. Safe area, plenty of restaurants and OXXOs nearby. What stood out about this studio is the attention to detail from the host. Not only is she very responsive and helpful, the studio is equipped with EVERYTHING you could ever need ! Perfect for long stays but also great for short stays. Cant fault it at all and I will be coming back here when I return to PDC 😃
