Everything is Good! Erika is excellent! If you need a good workout so that you can eat more and enjoy your vacation join her classes! I did the LAB and TX and she pushed me farther than I thought I could go! It was an amazing workout and I feel good! Thank you Erika! God bless you! 🥰🙌

The is absolutely beautiful with a wonderful landscapers you walk across the resort. The restaurants are all fantastic in the service is great. The most Central thing to me was the beach and the water and it's absolutely outstanding as well. No regrets about booking this trip.

Thank you to Connie as well for giving me directions on how to purchase my photos and showing me how to log into the barrel Star app and getting some credits as well. She's a very friendly person and that's the same with almost all the individuals here that you'll meet

We had a great time at Iberostar Tucan. Big part of it was our concierge. Cesar made it feel like a home away from home. He had answers to all our questions and requests and catered to our every need. The food in the resort was amazing and possibly the best out of all our trips. The hotel, pool and the beach was well maintained and clean.
I recommend it if you're planning a trip to Riviera Maya. Be sure to stop by the concierge and ask for Cesar if you want to get the most out of your stay.

Great and beautiful property, staff always making sure it’s clean and welcoming throughout. Amazing shows at night and always something going on throughout the day. Service at every restaurant and bar was amazing. Alejandro is the best and hosts such a fun movie trivia at the bar, he came to talk to us after and had such fun spirit.

Spent five nights here during late March 2024 for spring break with two teenage boys. The service at the hotel is generally friendly and helpful. Staff are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the resort and the activities available. We found the food to be excellent, including the buffet options as well as the various restaurants on site. The two rooms that we had were a little dated but we were really only there to sleep, so no big deal. The beach was outstanding with a wide sandbar about 50 m out. Water was fantastic, and they did a nice job cleaning the beach every morning.

Tips for your stay here. Get down to the beach early to reserve prime spots. Daily yoga is at 7:00 a.m., highly recommend. Reserve time for the free water sports offered, kayaks, sailboats, etc. Make dinner reservations for the Japanese steakhouse. Walk in to PDC and do some shopping.

Amazing resort. The monkeys and peacocks make every walk an adventure. Food was spectacular. So much selection and very tasty. Joan and Angel made our visit so enjoyable. They gave us great tips and advice. They and all the staff go out of their way to make your trip fantastic. Shout out to all the housekeeping staff in building 16!!!

I had a great week with my friends here. From check-in to check-out, we were greeted by the staff and felt very welcome. Jan helped us out a lot during our stay and made sure we were having the best time.
Restaurants were good with many options, pool was nice and big, everything was clean and well kept. Staff members were all amazing.

Iberostar Tucan is a beautiful hotel. Employees and service are great. Employee Francisco provided us with helpful information on which excursions to do. Employee Javier gave us a wonderful tour of the property. Employee Jordan helped us with our reservation for Bonsai. We definitely look forward to coming back here in the future.

It was an amazing experience at Iberostar Tucan! The service was great and the hospitality was well welcomed. We decided to upgrade to a room with a pool view and it was well worth it. The food was good too and there was always plenty of options. The beach was beyond imagination. Blue, clear, soft and sandy. There were also always many activities throughout the day! The entertainment team was amazing and I wanted to give a shoutout to Alberto, Freya, Israel and Arlette!! They are excellent and it was always a fun time with them. I'm already looking forward to coming back to this resort in due time. I would recommend it to anyone or family looking for a great resort.

Israel is a top notch performer, dancer and singer. He made the whole dance party the best!! He is super friendly and outgoing and overall a great personality. He deserves more than five stars. You can't go wrong with him leading the entertainment. Thank you Israel for making a fun night!! 😊

Beautiful resort . Pool is beautiful. Beach has lots of chairs. Meals are delicious, many choices. Rooms are great, very comfortable bed. Balcony attached , you can hear the animal life, birds, monkeys. The board walks and grass roofs amazing.easy to get around. See Iguanas on your walk. Staff amazing always attentive. Hard to get a seating around the poolside. People go put their towel 1st thing in morning. So you can't take the seat. Even though they aren't using the chairs. That's the only downside, other patrons. Nothing bad about the resort or staff.

What an incredible experience! The staff is kind, attentive and friendly. The food is great, the atmosphere is fun and lively, and the amenities are next level. Iberostar Tucan really knows the meaning of paradise!

Amazing stay at Iberostar Tucán. It’s a beautiful resort set in the jungle, we loved seeing the animals. Fantastic pools and beach area. All the staff were so kind! Great entertainment schedule, and a big shout out to Israel, he’s really nice, lots of fun and we loved our dance lessons! 💃🏻🕺🏻

Really nice rooms and perfect beachfront. This is a smaller Iberostar and we liked it for a small group of friends. We stayed a few years ago but at the time: entertainment was great, we liked having food right on the beach to grab during the day, and we spent a lot of time in the adult pool (although it did get a little... warm throughout the day). Book directly with Iberostar to pick your exact room location.

Alfredo at reception was so welcoming and informative. He set the tone for the trip. We loved the hotel and all of the amenities. The grounds were clean and well maintained. We loved seeing all of the local wildlife throughout the property. We would definitely recommend

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing IberoStar Tucan and everything was great. The service was great , the food delicious, and the overall environment was clean and welcoming. The staff were exceptionally professional, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout. We had a blast everyday during the night time shows at the bars because of Alejandro. He made these shows an amazing experience . I highly recommend IberoStar Tucan for anyone looking for high-quality service and an enjoyable stay.

The Iberostar Tucan or Quentzal is super clean, friendly staff and a fabulous place to visit with friends or family. Nice lobby for relaxing, always something to eat or drink around the resort and the food options at the restaurants and buffet were excellent (the smokehouse is a must). Our personal balcony backed into the natural jungle with a view and visit of all the animals. Cony was a great help in explaining and introducing the resort amenities and options to us. Thank you! Would highly recommend!!!

Great place to vacation so far. We appreciate the caring and attentive staff especially the help of Isaí. He helped us find my lost cellphone, at the concierge desk upon calling security...Everyone's so friendly and gives us the information we need. Buffet staff are also great. Special thanks to Cesar the concierge who spent the time to explain different entertainment avenues, restaurant reservations and other services we can use. Thank you Cesar and everyone else for your great services.

Having a wonderful time at the Iberostar Quetzal in Cancun, Mexico. All inclusive with great food! Just did a fantastic work out / boot camp at the fitness center with Jorge, a knowledgeable and excellent instructor. I’m 67 and was able to adapt and do it!!
Also, this place is really COOL FOR THE KIDS because they provide childcare. There are peacocks, flamingos, howling monkeys, cats, iguanas, etc loose on the property that the children really enjoy seeing.
We own a design/ build company so the graceful curvy pools with mature planting all around are very visually appealing. The ocean water is a stunning blue, and there are grass thatched huts for shade on the beach. We’ve been coming for years and enjoy it every time!!

One of the best all inclusive resorts, located on a township well protected, on the beach side sharing a bunch of other resorts., Very well maintained huge pool that's friendly for kids / adults and can take in as much crowd but still very open to swim., Great food options (ateast 5 to 7 restaurants) and a good variety of options for veggies., staffs are so kind and very helpful.

The rooms are pretty good but old structures, but the wouldnt be a big concern., have great ambience overall, a forest type theme and lot of peacocks to grace.

Will give a 4.5 star out of 5 and definitely feel like visiting this chain again.
