Good location near resorts, friendly staff and excellent selection of sunscreen for a reasonable price.

This pharmacy has been my go to at least 5 different visits. Every time I have visited the area. They have been kind and reasonably priced. Some things can be pricey. The people there have been kind and have given me some great advice. This will continue to be my go to as long as I visit the area. We have been coming to the area since 2002. It does help if you know a little Spanish. We try and they try. At the end of the day they have always been able to give us what we need.

It’s a fair priced and extremely clean pharmacy near the resorts of Playacar. The staff were friendly and the location is on the second floor of Playacar Center. You can find all of the necessary travel medicine here without going all the way into Playa Del Carmen.

Excellent pharmacy and very helpful and knowledgeable staff! Extra bonus was the English language speaker for those of us not fluent enough in Spanish!

I travelled to Playa Del Carmen early February when my holiday was disrupted by a terrible fall and a need to visit the pharmacy for medication. When I went in everyone was really friendly and everything went smoothly. Fast forward to now and me wanting to apply for medical insurance due to the ghastly costs I incurred due to my injury. I search for my bill from the pharmacy and can’t seem to find it anywhere. All I needed to do was message the pharmacy on Facebook and I got a quick response from a very kind person who assisted me and sent me my invoice upon confirmation. I must say that they’re really great and kind and helpful people. I appreciate everything they did for me to help. Also definitely recommend the store for almost everything you might need.

Fui a comprar un medicamento para el dolor y me cobraron 1075 pesos mexicanos, aprox 60-65 dólares, siendo el precio de este más de 4 veces el precio de mercado local!

Personne très désagréable. Nous y sommes allé 2 fois. La 2eme car on a vraiment pas eu le choix on nous a refusé l'espèce contrairement à la 1ere fois !!! Merci à nos amis les québécois qui nous ont gentiment dépanné car la pharmacie femait et il nous fallait absolument le médicament. Très cher en plus, à fuir.

Keine adäquate Beratung! Der Empfang hatte nicht mal Lust aufzustehen! Ich wusste was ich wollte, weil ich vom Hotel Doktor kam! Es waren Amerikaner mit mir gemeinsam in der Apotheke, mit diesen konnte man sich besser unterhalten, als mit dem Typ der die Apotheken bedient!!!!
