One Playa del Carmen

I've stayed here a few times over the years as it's across the street from the bus terminal. Like all One Hoteles the rooms are efficient and clean The breakfast has a good variety. There's no pool but you can walk to the beach in 15 minutes. The guy working the front desk (I think his name was Ramon but don't recall) was phenomenal. Very friendly and helpful. Good for a 1 to 3 night stay.

One of the best hotels I have found in the yukatan for it's price. It's location is fantastic. In front of the main gate there is the bus terminal. Grocery store and bank next door. Restaurant and beach only few minutes walk. Hotel is ultra clean and really well maintained. Room design is really good. Bathroom is really nice. And has a really good free breakfast. Like scrambled eggs with meat, tortilla, beans salsa, drinks etc. Not just plain old toast and butter. Whole heatedly recommend this place. It's awesome.

Terrific hotel! Very nice hotel that compares to hotels much more expensive for a low price. Also very impressed with how clean it was as we are picky about our room, linens, and towels being clean. The price includes a full breakfast with scrambled eggs, beans, tortillas, salsa, cheese, toppings and more. Great location: right next to the Walmart and ADO bus station and only a 5-10 min walk to Avenida 5 and to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Found check-in to be very fast and very helpful even with my lack of Spanish I was able to understand instruction from the very patient staff. Rooms were very clean and cleaned daily if you want it. Breakfast was great an assortment of cereal, yogurt, fruit, eggs and waffles. Also a great feature was breakfast is from 7-11 am so you have ample time to get a filling meal even if you slept in due to jet lag. Juice ice are free, a god send especially in the hot weather unfortunately you have to run down to the main lobby to get it. Would be great to have a small drinks fridge in your room (small nit pick)

Hotel is very close to 5th Avenue about a 5-10 minute walk and about 2 minutes from Walmart so it's easy to run off and grab amenities.

Great location - next to the bus station, supermarket, plenty of good food, and a 10 minute walk to the beach and all the bars and clubs. Rooms are clean, check in is easy, and Continental breakfast is good. Each floor has a laundry room. Excellent value for the price.

Lovely, peaceful hotel. Best decision we made to stay here. For the price i would say this was a steal! Staff was very friendly. Location is perfect!! Right behind a walmart for any emergencies.. And across the street from ADO buses, takes us directly to cancun airport. Ofcourse 5th street and beach just a few blocks away. Clean rooms.. Breakfast was delicious! Wifi is fast normal..Rooms are a tiny bit smaller then what were used too.. But loved it here! Will be back!

Great location, walking distance from 5th Avenue. Convenient efficient and great price. Reservation was easy and check in and out even more. Plenty of staff in reception. Clean rooms beds and breakfast was included.

Just in front of the bus station. Restaurants and services including a big comercial mexicana supermarket just meters ahead.

Value option for staying in Playa.

Nice and cozy place. Not a luxury hotel and small rooms, but just to get some rest during the night is perfect.

It is located on a very good spot just in front of the bus terminal where you can go to Cancun, xel-ha, etc. I received a very good service, they received me some minutes before my check in an the room was ready. Breakfast was delicious

This is one peaceful awesome place to go with the family and cross the bridge with your children or husband and enjoy it!!! It's a beautiful place for pictures with trees !!! Bring your food and snacks because there is no stores on that area!!! That's what it made that place peaceful!! Come on and enjoy it!!

Very clean, comfortable and quiet rooms and close to the terminal, supermarkets and the quinta avenida. Would stay there again

Hotel One in Playa del Carmen is located in the best spot of the city! First it is surrounded by two big shopping centers where you can find any basic essential product needed on your trip for a very cheap price and secondly there are tons of small restaurants that are walking distance which offer authentic and delicious Mexican style dishes. As part of our tour we stayed at Hotel One in Playa del Carmen for the last 4 days of our trip and I chose to eat at a small restaurant for lunch each day called Tortas Sante Fe (Torta Cubana was my choice each time and boy do I miss having one for lunch every day!). Other great things about this hotel is that they offer breakfast each morning with many different food options it is sort of like a small buffet and you are only 5-10 minutes walking distance from the beach and Playa del Carmen's strip market on 5th street where you can find restaurants of different cultures, boutiques, cheap shopping centers, and even American brand stores such as Bath and Body Works, Victoria's Secret, Nike, etc. I recommend Hotel One to anyone planning on visiting Playa del Carmen!

Excellent HOTEL, every thing U need in a hotel, confortable, near the main attractions and near the bus station. Warm reception in the lobby and prompt accommodation to your room!

Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. It was around 3 blocks from the main block. Service was also pretty good.
