Hôtel Du Golf Rotana Palmeraie

The team and I spent an excellent long weekend there for a work conference. The rooms, service, quality of food and the friendliness of people was amazing. I want to visit again with my family this time. Special thank you to Aziz and Ibrahim (both at breakfast area), for their hospitality.

Definitely one of the best hotels in Marrakesh. The rooms are beautiful, the staff is lovely, the facilities are exceptional and free shuttle services are also provided into the city. The gymnasium is very well equipped and the hotel in general is just very clean and well built. Breakfast was also lovely and the chef went out of his way to make us eggless pain au chocolat. Hotel Du Golf was truly an incredible experience.

Absolutely incredible time here. The staff were wonderful every second of the day. My family, friends and I stayed for a week, 6 adults and 2 children (both age 5); they all took such care in making our stay as amazing as possible.
Being a group of Burgundian winemakers - we enjoy great food and great wine - we thoroughly enjoyed every second from the freshly squeezed juices at breakfast to the Bloody Mary’s and Touareg Wine at dinner!! It was a blast. They all took time out of their day to look after our kids, as well as looking after us.
We all felt safe and at home here. Brahim, Mohamed, Mustapha, Hachim - to name only a few - were just amazing in every way. If it weren’t for the staff and their generosity; we would not have had such a lovely time in Marrakesh. I can’t thank them enough - we will ABSOLUTELY come back to this hotel… I wish I were back now. Shkran again to everyone - best experience ever. A l’année prochaine - préparez-vous 😁

Honestly, staff is very nice, helpful and even the fact that we do not speak French was not an issue. Views and room are very nice and pools are specious, there is no need to worry about space. Most importantly food, without lying, the most incredible food we’ve had in the hotel abroad, local food options are incredible, theme nights such as Chinese/Japanese are better than your local take aways, all in all positively surprising experience that I would recommend to everyone!

This place is AMAZING. Its better than La Mamounia, Hotel Semiramis, and any other hotel I've went to. The pool was AWESOME, and the room was just as good. Fast Service, Friendly Staff, Delicious Food, what else is there to say about this place? I'm definitely coming back.

We've been here for 5 days now and have another 5 to go but just had to write to say how happy we are at this hotel - very! The room is great with plenty of room and a balcony looking on to the golf course, which is reaally nice. Delicious and tasty food with such a great variety - you'll always find something that you'll love as the chef's here are really good and take great care in their creations, especialy the Tagines and the pastries - superb! 3 lovely pools to swim in with one of them being indoors and heated at their Zen Spa. All staff have been brilliant and really helpful, so everything has gone so smoothly. A great place to relax and a great place for going to the centre of Marrakech with 5 free shuttle buses every day, so not a problem with getting there, nor getting back. It's a great city and full of art and food to suit anyones pockets. I've given evertything a 5* rating as I really think that the management and staff are doing the best to make your stay here as good as it can possibly be. With great WiFi and plenty to occupy the kids - highly recommended!

Wonderful stay at this hotel. After several other 4 and 5 star Moroccan hotels that disappointed us, the Rotana was a refreshing experience.
The staff was super helpful and approachable, food buffe was great and amenities were good.
Downsides are :
1. No USB Jack's to charge your phone
2. Smart android TV was continuously buffering making annoying to watch anything (mostly English speaking channels)
3. I had to pay cash for room service and food around the pool. Not clear why I couldn't bill it to the room number.
Otherwise, a well recommended hotel

Everything about hotel was fantastic .staff food drinks and the location amazing and Marrakech it's self is so beautiful highly recommended 10 out of10 💕

We had a good stay at the Hotel du Golf Rotana Palmeraie. All the staff were friendly, super service and the food was delicious. A big Thank You to Animateur: “HAMZA” for your care and kindness. Your entertainment in Aquagym and Stretching was a lot of fun.

Staff are great.
They have fixed the pool deck that others have complained about! 🤣
Rooms need a smart TV and then to be a bit bigger.
They take a $500 US deposit at the beginning, just incase you want to charge food etc against your room is not really necessary, as you can pay all around the hotel.

Kudos to the staff dealing with all the super demanding guests. Shame about some of the guests rude behaviour.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the amenities were top-notch

Outside the city so much quieter, hotel was great staff were really friendly and put up with my terrible French. The food was excellent. Really pleased we stayed here for our short winter sun break. Highly recommended. If you want into town to explore they also offer a free shuttle bus.
