The service from the reception to the restaurant down to every hotel staff is amazing. The food served in the restaurant are nice and filling. The arranged activities for the day is also engaging. A lovely view of nature and indoor warm pool and two outdoor pool.

Lovely friendly hotel ...staff very helpful, amazing bar staff and dining room waiters. The Entertainment team is superb! The photography team is also very helpful, friendly, possessing a great sense of humour and quite simply amazing! ... enjoyable stay, varied menu and interesting cultural events. It does get quite busy, although there are quieter areas to relax within the lovely hotel grounds.

A big thank you to Karim on reception. After a mix up from our transfer through Easyjet we were dropped off at this hotel in error. Karim managed to resolve the issue and get us to the correct resort. Very patient and understanding. Thank you once again.

The first time in this amazing hotel the food are good moroccan and international food. the rooms are clean and comfortable with beautiful view the best here is animation team i was seeing that in the comments a lot but when i came here i really see the energy that they sharing is amazing they're are friendly the shows are amazing especially with mizo danse classe yesterday was amazing and i really mean it and also snoop. Yussef perky dj abdul yaya locas aymen the kids club also oumy Hassean the choregraph saniaa I don't want to froget someone.

Had a great time. Rooms were basic, but sufficient. Phone and fridge did not work but we didn’t need to use it. Food was good and had nice surroundings. Nice pool, also enjoyed spa massage and a relaxing pool in the spa area.

Good hotel.. good rooms.. good pool.. good lunch and dinner.. !!. The only prob is the bar, we the drinks included are not that nice !.. even the beers are watered down !. But apart form this, it's very good !.. their entertainment team is very good with doing archery, golf, aqua gym etc near the pool !!.

Last day today and what an excellent time we have had. All staff were lovely and very welcoming. The entertainment team very brilliant (keep up the good work).

Even though the hotel it’s self isn’t greatest at times (food and things not being available ) the entertainment staff are incredible!!! Special thanks to Aymane who is new to the job but is absolutely incredible!!! Can’t do enough for anyone and is always around to help out with anything you need! Me and my little brother came to think of him as a friend, Thankyou Aymane!

Hotel is about 30 mins from medina however the location is great to get away from the all the noise from the medina as it is out of the way, there are quads and camels a short walking distance from the hotel, we didn't use these facilities as we booked online but have heard good comments from other guests at the hotel.

The pool is very clean and we went beginning of December, the days can get hot however evenings are chilly so good to have a light cardigan to throw over for the walk from the room to the hotel.

There is a spa in the hotel and the prices are reasonable, there are also products you can buy at the spa, the massages are really good- I had Ouda and she was friendly and great at her job.

The reception staff and animation guys are really friendly especially Lamine.

The hotel have a shuttle bus that takes you to the medina however you have to book in advance (this can be done first thing in the morning) the lady that books the shuttle and organises tour is lovely. This cost either 20 MAD each person each way.

There is a big selection of food to chose from cakes, mousse, cookies, pastries, buns, chicken skewers, beef skewers, fish, potatoes, pasta, lots of veg options etc.

We felt very safe in this hotel, also all the news you hear about Marrakech being unsafe for females, this is not true, we went as 2 young females and didn't have any issues, we only had shop owners trying to be friendly and lure us in to make money but we said no thank you and moved on, so please don't be scared about these comments and visit Marrakech (do dress appropriately in the medina in respect of the religion and culture however in this hotel you can wear whatever you like but you have to dress appropriate in the restaurant as you would anywhere else).

Overall I would definitely stay here if I come back to Marrakech.

This is the best holiday experience. The resort is amazingly fun and their is something for all ages. The night life experience is so amazing and all their food is very great. I will definitely choose this hotel again and again. Their staffs surely enjoys their jobs. They are always wearing a welcoming smile and even if you are a solo traveller, you can never be bored. Their daily pool aqua aerobic is so amazing and relaxing. Thank you all for the remarkable holiday experience.

Beautiful space, lots of rooms too, perfect for a business retreat with all staff from different locations. It had the resort views, serene environment, helpful concierge, service was fast, the decor is beautiful and perfect, breakfast came with the room and the spread was 😍 amazing! Totally recommend. Distance from the airport though was an issue but very worth the drive.

Second time visiting in 3 months. Lovely ambience, lovely staff, good food, perfect location for living desert experiences and access to Marrakesh city centre. Loads of in house activities to keep you and the children entertained all through your stay.

Had a lovely stay here the staff were very friendly and helpful , entertainment staff were just amazing and so friendly as were reception. Cannot fault them at all, the only problem why I gave 4 was , don’t know why they don’t stock up rooms with towels. Had to ask a few times . Apart from that was a lovely stay.

On arrival room was not ready as stated, however they did try and get us in as early as they could .

Fabulous all-inclusive resort, big pool ,plenty of sun beds ,eat and drink to your hearts desire, great service, all staff polite an helpful, excellent entertainment every night, google th hotel for images its fabulous, A STAR FOR EVERYTHING

Despite there being no wifi in the rooms, our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is in very good condition, good food, very good cleaning service. But what we liked the most was the friendliness of all the staff, especially the animation group. Animator Jamal (maui) is a lot of fun, thoughtful and has endless energy. Always try to involve customers in activities and have fun ❤❤❤❤❤

Had an amazing experience we spent 5 days here, the staff is so friendly. Entertainment team is awesome. Food is literally 5 star. Pools and aqua park are so nice. A very good vacation spot. I highly recommend staying here.

Wow! I don’t know where to start from but from the reception team, welcoming me to the Resort was loving and they are super friendly. To Valentino, can’t remember his role but super friendly and always there to help when I called upon him. Hmmm, to the super team in Entertainment, I love you all and you all made my stay wonderful. Can’t call all names but you all are lovely and I love all the games and entertainment that you gave everyone at the resort. House keeping team wonderful and lovely people too, my room was always super clean every day. The food!!! Mmmm I was impressed with the kitchen team. Surplus food to eat and drink. I will definitely come back to Marrakesh and I will always pick this resort when next am here. 😉
