We had a splendid time there, all staff very helpful and friendly. Facilities were perfect. Good selection of delicious foods and drinks. Excellent transportation available to any activity or place you want to go. Will definitely be back here for more winter sun

Had an amazing time. The whole team were incredibly, helpful and made us feel so welcome during our stay.

We were regularly assisted by Nada and Abdulilah at the front desk where nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel was clean, facilities excellent, rooms were cosy and had everything we needed.

As a family with kids there was lots to do and they made the most of it.

The shuttle to town was efficient, but could have done with a few more times during the day. The hotel itself is about 30mins from town, so not Ideal if you are expecting to be nearby, but great if you are looking for a mix of peace and tranquility with the option to travel in when needed.

The variety and quality of food had something for everyone. Our taste would have preferred a bit more spice, but we made this up with sauces where lacking.

All in all definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing! The hotel is beautiful and clean and the grounds are beautifully kept. The staff there are all very attentive and cannot do enough for you. The animation team were excellent. They were fun to be round and always on the go to make sure everyone got involved or just for a chat. The food was amazing too. I usually fall ill on a holiday, but not this time. Definitely something for everyone there! The dining room team went above and beyond always.
I actually didn't want to come home it was that good!!

Great hotel, clean, away from the noise of the city, very friendly and helpful staff, always smiling and ready to help. We are particularly impressed by the professionalism, fairness, dedication and attitude towards tourists of Moussab and Abdel from W2M.DMC. From the first day to the last they were there for us and made our holiday and trips unforgettable. An amazing animation team, friendly, smiling, that took care of everyone's good mood and pleasant emotions every day.I highly recommend visiting it!

Family holiday with 2 teenagers. The resort is nicely laid out with 13 blocks of rooms in the grounds, each laid out around 2 courtyards. Basic but we liked the Moroccan style. Huge pool, small gym.

We really enjoyed the food, lots of choice. The animation team worked hard to make sure people were entertained

Abdel and Mousa are 5 stars everytime! Our trip at the Ryad Parc Spa was beautiful, and was made 100% better by Abdel, our main man. He was helpful, considerate, and he and Mousa continued to go above and beyond for me and my cousins on our trip to Marrakech. We miss morocco 🇲🇦 and we miss abdel and Mousa!
Abdel deserves a promotion as he is amazing at his job, and Mousa is one little cutie. Everyday he made sure that we were safe and comfortable, with direct contact with our driver at all times.

The room and hotel was clean and all staff were friendly. However, there was poor lighting in the rooms, and in both rooms the lamp provided (as the main light fod the room it seems) was broken..

The food was amazing, with something for everybody! Plenty of Moroccon food for both meat eaters and vegans / vegetarians. As well as western chips/soups/pastas etc. Every mealtime was great 🤩🤩

Location is about half an hour away from new town, and 15 mins away from old town / Medina.. but just ask Abdel to help, and he will sort all of your transfers and give you great advice on how to make the most of your trip to marrakech!

We had an amazing stay. Rooms cleaned daily and spacious.
Food was varied and delicious.
Staff were friendly and helpful.. massive shout out to all the animation team who work so hard, and especially Mimi who made my daughter Melody's holiday extra special. She never failed to make her feel special and included.
We also booked a few excursions via the hotel, that were all good value for money and brilliant experiences.
The spa is reasonably priced and I enjoyed a facial the one day too.
Kids club was an added bonus.
Pool is warm and water aerobics daily was fun.
Fantastic holiday.

Very nice and modern hotel, about 30 minutes from main square but provides shuttle service and a cab is 15 Euros.

The hotel was in a lovely location outside the city. The rooms were furnished to a high standard you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. They had a wide variety of local food in the buffet (almost as good as you can get from the best restaurants). The most impressive thing about our stay was how warm and welcoming the hotel receptionist staff were to guests arriving from around the world, they treated us with great affection and respect when we arrived late at night.

Lovely Hotel, lovely helpful staff..nothing within walking distance unfortunately but they provide tours and transport when requested. Buffets and pool were great. Lots of activities to do of interested, there was a kids club but I didn't check it out.

We came for 1 week and there was plenty going on for adults and children. The food had a good selection especially the breakfast, they changed the lunch and evening menu each day, so we had plenty of different meals to try over our stay. The staff was very friendly and happy to help, the animation team was exceptionally good! Hotel rooms cleaned daily with clean sheets, towels and toilet paper etc restocked.

The gentleman (Abdrahman Khiyat) who sorted out the excursions through the holiday provider was amazing, helping us find the excursions that would suit us, sorting out taxis etc into the town and just being helpful generally about any questions we had. (plenty of excursions)

The location is about 30 minutes out from anything, however taxis was easily sourced through the hotel/holiday provider and the hotel also run a shuttle bus which was cheap to go into the main square.

I would recommend this hotel for all ages, however it was very fun and energetic place so wouldn’t suit those who prefer a quieter environment.

Our stay was amazing! We went to the right time for New Year’s Eve and stayed 4 nights. The hotel was nice every night there was something different going on on stage that kept us entertained , rooms were quiet and so clean. food was nice so many choices to eat, most of them were delicious. Service was so good people were friendly everyone was happy to help as and give us recommendations on where to go in city center or what activities to do. Although the hotel was a bit far from central, there was a bus by hotel which was running every day which was so convenient. People who worked in hotel made our holidays so fun and unforgettable! Thank you guys so much. See you next year!

What an extraordinary hotel and staff. I visited with my family in the first week of June 2023 from the UK, and absolutely loved it being here. Everything was excellent, flawlessly detailed, immaculate and organised to perfection. The animation team were absolutely fantastic and made all the guests feel greatly welcomed.

There are some noteworthy staff mentions for individuals who I feel should be highlighted for their endless efforts and for going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was special. From the reception managers, Ebdel, the excursion manager Abdul, the maintenance technician Mustafa, the super friendly assistance of Charaf Uddin, Amin, the marvel of the animation team, comprising of: Joe, Asma, Mimi, Fatima and others - everyone was very supportive and helpful throughout our stay, and I loved every moment of our stay in the hotel.

For some constructive criticism: Please change some of your reception and the shop staff. They come across as being very robust, bossy and arrogant. Not to hold any prisoners, but we and some other friends from UK felt very uncomfortable around the reception staff (most of them). Asya, and some other girls were rude to my family and some other UK friends.

The staff was polite and helpful. The main building is very attractive, huge interior spaces.
Food was very good and tasty/savoury. Luckily main courses are displayed both in English and German (99% of the guests are from France).
Alcoholic drinks are OK (local gin, vodka, etc.), San Miguel bottled beer, local rosé wine is outstanding. One of the waiters was extremely helpful and attentive – Mouad.

There are a lot sport activities in the garden : 2 tennis courts, 3 ping pong tables, basketball court, etc.
Family rooms are huge, clean and modern. Hard mattresses, many pillows. Towels were changed every day…, it is against the sustainability and protection of the environment!

Hotel offers mini bus connections to/from Marrakesh downtown. But you must indicate in advance which bus you want to use (due to the number of seats).
There is always maintenance in the garden. They are watering from early in the morning.

There are 2 hotels next to each other (SOL and Rayds Parc). Otherwise sand- and stone desert around the hotel. There is only one access road to the hotel (P2118). It is quite narrow (one gauge) and full of potholes and broken concrete. It should be renovated as soon as possible, for two lanes and with a new layer of asphalt.

Just spent a week at this hotel with my sister. We had a wonderful week. Staff friendly and helpful. Had an issue with our room as have a bad hip and it was upstairs. They moved us no problem at all to a ground floor and the porter moved everything for us. We would like to mention the animation team. What a lovely group of people so friendly and made our stay. Would like to thank Simone, Joseph, Fadwa, Mimi and eshwe in particular, we loved spending time with you all. Keep the good work !!

Waiters and bar staff was great. Animation and entertainment staff was also great. They are not shy with food when it came to the all inclusive buffet and drinks. Would highly recommend

What a lovely hotel! We enjoyed our stay at Marrakech Ryads Parc. We stayed for 4 days with all inclusive. Everything was perfect from the food, to the staff to the facilities. The only down part was the spa was still close when we were there.

They mixed and changed the breakfast, lunch and dinner options every day so you aren’t eating the same thing. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

The animation team also makes an effort to keep us entertained throughout our stay.

Thanks all, hopefully we’ll come back again to Marrakech!
