Iberostar Club Palmeraie Marrakech

Love this hotel! It's a green oasis 20 minutes drive from the centre of Marrakech. Beautifully tended gardens, heated pools, great food and plenty to do (also very easy to do nothing!) The rooms are simply furnished but they have everything you need. Courtesy bus to and from the centre throughout the day, so easy to do some sightseeing. Entertainment in the evenings if you fancy it but no pressure to join in. We love the adults only zen pool - really relaxing and a great size for swimming laps. Highly recommend!

The whole resort is beautiful. You can see that some money has gone into it.

The rooms were clean, the staff efficient and the buffet food was fine. It's a real shame that you only get to go to the Moroccan restaurant once during the stay as that food was amazing.

It's about a 25 minute journey into Marrakech proper, but there's a free bus to get you there and back.

Only downside is that some of the staff were much more helpful than others, but the same could be said of anywhere.

Wonderful place, nice staff, all inclusive. This hotel also provides a shuttle service from the hotel to the City centre and pick up from the City centre to the hotel, multiple time slots throughout the day. They have activities for kids and adults which includes outdoor games, karaoke, disco, cooking master class etc. The hotel staff were very kind and also made special desserts for our group. Lots of greenery, pleasant location backed by great weather. I strongly recommend this place.

This hotel is amazing! We could not get enough of it. They have activities to keep you entertained during your stay, which are included in the all inclusive package. The staff are so kind and considerate. The rooms were cleaned very well and the food was flavourful. We were able to also organise excursions and the staff helped to make the process easy. They had entertainment in the evening which was inclusive and family friendly. The grounds are well maintained. They have 2 swimming pools, one is quiet if you’re looking to sun bath and read them the other one is lovely with music and activities. Both have bars. All in all a wonderful experience!

The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated, with a huge amount of gardens, dining areas and bars...not to mention a lot of entertainment and activities!

The staff go above and beyond, are friendly and so welcoming.

I stayed at Palmeraie for a week just before Christmas and I was blown away! The place is amazing. A wonderful location, super super clean everywhere, the pool is great and the facilities are amazing. The gym is the biggest and best hotel gym I've ever used, and the Spa is amazing. More than this, the staff are absolutely lovely. I would like to say a special thank you to Amal and Katie who were so accommodating to kids, adults and families! Would highly recommend :)

The staff were really friendly and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The entertainment was awesome. Food was delicious and was a variety. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for 11 days with a 19 month old and had a fantastic time. The staff were all super friendly, helpful and made our stay really enjoyable. They were great with our little boy and there were plenty of activities to do each day. The food was plentiful and varied so there was always something to find to eat. Highly recommended.

Stayed here last week. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Firstly the room was very clean, well decorated and a peaceful view from the balcony. The staff were some of the loveliest people I have ever met, kind, polite friendly and always accommodating. The food was delicious with so many options for all meal times. The staff go above and beyond to make sure the whole hotel is well maintained at all times. Loads of activities to keep you occupied and well run by the entertainment team, who made sure my daughter had so much fun especially playing volleyball. Special shout out to Younes and Reda who were incredibly kind and helpful. Will definitly be returning in the near future.

I went there for a some winter sun last week and we really loved it. The price was really good and although the room a little tired the grounds, the food and especially the staff were all amazing, a real home from home.

Wow what a holiday have been totally blown away with the hotel facilities and the staff! The entertainment team feeling are the like and soul of the hotel!

We didn’t know what to expect on going and will definitely be back next year!! It’s 5 stars all the way..

The hotel was great I enjoyed my stay the entertainment team were all fantastic and full of enthusiasm, the food was great traditional dishes mixed with some for the masses. All the staff were very friendly through from the bars to the restaurant would recommend 👍🏻

I have had the most amazing time at this hotel, especially the animation team! I was on my own and everyone made me feel so welcome and made certain I had the best time I possibly could! Would return tomorrow if I could

The main attraction at this place was the entertainment team. Whether adult or child you'll get to know all their names individually as they're very good at their job in making sure you have the best holiday ever!!! Big shout out to Reza who became a member of the family ❤ Ismael, Amal, Katy and Morad (the acrobat) who had the patience of a saint in teaching my children how to trapeze ❤ there were certainly tears and heartache when we had to leave. Thank you for making our holiday one to certainly remember ❤❤❤

Stayed 5nights end of JAN had balcony room1st night a bit away from main entrance had booked a garden room and we were allocated one next morning close to pool and dining staff fantasiccouldnt do enough hotel beautiful spotless lots of facilities,our patio room lovely

The staff were amazing service was perfect. I will definitely be visiting here again I felt so comfortable.
