Palmeraie Palace

Really impressive grand hall. Attended some meetings here in 2023 WTO annual meetings attached to the IMF and World Bank annual General Meetings. This place would be tremendous for a grand winter ball!!!

The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff provided exceptional assistance. I especially want to acknowledge the receptionist who was present on the day of my arrival, as her professionalism was remarkable.

I stayed 9 nights in this hotel and it was great. Clean, warm, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff members were on hand, very friendly and helpful.
The meals were very varied.

My sister and I spent 5 nights at this hotel. Our first time in Morocco, we were pleased with the accommodations and the service. The grounds were manicured and well maintained, the room was clean and the food was excellent. We especially recommend the Moroccan restaurant-we ate there twice. Our thanks also to Karina for her patience and guidance when arranging our tours and excursions. Our thanks also to our driver, Brahim Miraj who spoke English, was helpful, courteous , pleasant and very professional. We had a wonderful experience. Would definitely visit again.

This staff is attentive to every detail. My stay (over 30 days) has been a true joy. If and when I had an issue, it was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. For a short stay or an extended stay, I heartily recommend.

I visited in the height of summer and Ramadan, so 'off peak', but, if anything, that suited.

The hotel location is peaceful, but with no more than 30 or so guests (at a guess), it really was a peaceful getaway. The layout of the vast swimming pool meant that even when busy, the pool area will never feel crowded - in or out of the water.

I booked a standard room, but this was spacious, with defined sleeping, sitting and bathroom areas. It felt like the 5-star hotel it is - which some often don't at the entry level room.

Due to being off-peak, only a few of the several restaurants were open, but the food was good, and reasonably priced for hotel food, although drinks were expensive - £3 for a can of coke. However, I ate out most nights, and experienced some of the excellent restaurants Marrakech has to offer - le Comptoir, le Riad Monceau, Dar Marjana, to name a few - with a £10 15-minute taxi ride taking you into the heart of the frenetic walled city. Worth seeing, but nice to retire out to the peaceful oasis of Le Palmeraie at the end of the evening!

The golf course is an excellent track, with plenty of testing holes for all abilities, water and sand often in play. Make use of the caddies and enjoy the well maintained fairways and greens. The spa is also an excellent facility. Very modern, good gym equipment, indoor pool and treatment room. They even do a good haircut!

In summary, I would definitely recommend Le Palmeraie to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Nothing wrong with the rooms or the pool or the spa or catering, and in my experience, it is rare to be as comfortable in a hotel why I give a perfect note to this stay.

Brilliant service, reasonably good food in all-in even if sometimes the choice is limited. Very quite place. 4 shuttles per day to Marrakech medina.

The fanciest resort in Marrakesh... Offer an enjoyable stay. Especially the staff highly friendly and easygoing .

Just avoid the breakfast at the pool.
