Wazo Hôtel

Room, pool and other amenities were clean. Breakfast was good with lot of options. Great Hammam and Massage.
Pros: Lot of options and services available such as breakfast, pool, kids zone, childcare, Spa, Massage, Hammam, parking etc.
Cons: reception staff was bit blunt and rooms are not soundproof.

Achraf and Adil were great help during our stay love customer service, very friendly staff all around. lovely clean rooms too !

Hands down, the best hotel in Marrakech. Whether you're single, a couple or family with kids, this is the place that has all you need and more.

Stayed at the Wazo Appart Hotel and everything was amazing! Adil was really nice and helped myself and my family find excursions. We were given a really good driver named Majed who was recommended to us by Adil. He was so kind to us and drove us around at a good price too, I would definitely recommend anyone who stays to ask Adil for him.

Overall the Wazo-Appart Hotel gets a 5/5 for us!

Lovely place to stay in Marrakesh.
The staff was the best. The taxis are always there ready and help a lot.
The breakfast and dinner left me full.
If you go ask for ASHRAF he was polite helpful and never left anything missing.
Will 100% stay again.

Very warm staff and great food. Mostly Arabic cuisine.

It is a safe place . There is a free car park ,guarded all night. It is clean . For breakfast they cook eggs in front of you.The night worker are superb. They offered to me food when I arrived and they were alway there to help.

Inviting, lovely decorations, clean and stylish room, and above all, delicious breakfast! Excellent indoor and outdoor hangout areas, to have a trip with your travel mates and enjoy the lovely landscaping.

Very pleased with the apartment. It's spacious, clean and beds are very comfortable. It has quite a pleasant modern decor. Not at all traditional Moroccan but still nice. The location is a bit far out but it's easy to get taxis and at least it's quiet at night. Staff were very polite and pleasant to deal with. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

great apartment (studio). It is little far from the center and the medina but when you enter to the room and you see how clean it is, you forget about the distance. Their service is great as well.

My family are always happy to stay here, it feels like home away from home, so inviting and peaceful! You have everything you need from a hotel with the convenience of a self catering apartment, gorgeous and refreshing pool, stunning grounds and plenty of parking spaces. It’s great to have a hire car to get around easily and in your own time, but you can always flag down a taxi just outside, it’s quite a walk to the shops/ restaurants.

Very quite hotel outside Marrakech busy Medina, there is few things you have to adjust here and improve a few things and it could be a really good hotel. Rooms are OK, staff very friendly, food was good.

Came here three times and I’ll go back 100 times. My fave hotel in Marrakech. The owner is very nice, the food is good and the rooms are clean.

PS: It’s best to have your own car if you stay at this hotel..

Having looked at many hotels in Marrakech, we chose to stay at Wazo Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right decision. We was greeted and served at check in by Hicham, this guy was a customer service champion. He couldn't do enough and was always smiling. The room was great and had a poolside view. The balcony caught the sunshine for evening relaxation. The room were cleaned every day by Sana and Hayat, overseen by Wafa who catered for our every need. We stayed here for a week and would definitely recommend to others. The breakfast service was fantastic, tasty and plentiful. Never got bored of it during our whole stay. The on site restaurant served delicious Italian food and the pizzas were on point. The on site supermarket was also a massive convenience. The hotel has an on site exchange, so we was assured that we had enough local currency for exploring Marrakech. The hotel is far away from the hustle and bustle, but a short trip away from the local attractions. A late check out request was the cherry on the cake. Will be coming back to Hotel with the family in the near future. Viva Wazo!

Great hotel. Our team is currently staying here while sponsoring a team in the Solar Decathlon Africa, Morocco 2019 and it's been a good experience. Even with language barriers, we still get good service.

Nice clean rooms. Swimming pool is beautiful too. Staff is nice. Book early as it can be quite busy during tourist season especially March and April
