Our first impression of the resort was that the place is well kept, the gardens are perfectly manicured, the rooms were clean, WiFi available overall throughout the resort and the transport to and from town was excellent. Small details like the hot water was too hot in the shower and the Zen pool was too cold need some attention. Breakfast had a huge selection and we all found what we liked. There were three restaurants for dinner and we did enjoy the Moroccan cuisine on one of the evenings. The pool snack bar offered club sandwiches and drinks too which was perfect for peckish times. We also booked a massage at the spa. Overall, the hotel was amazing, just what we needed.

I was there for one full week for a business seminar and gathering. Since the airport with Adil the driver to the hotel where the administration namely Miss Asma and Siham were very welcoming and excellent. The room was very clean and tidy, the atmosphere and vibe at this hotel is truly excellent and special. I would definitely be back in the future and really recommend Barcelo Palmeraie hotel

Stayed here for 5 nights. This place is well kept and tremendously big. It is mostly business groups as from my perspective they had a lot of business meetings within the eating area around lunch time. I only had the breakfast inclusive as I like to try different foods in the city and just buy dinner or lunch there if needed. I’m also overly disgusted at the people that do not at least give $1 or $2 to the people making your food such as the omelettes. TIP THEM as they’re giving you a customized service. I had an issue with the noise as there was new construction going on but they absolutely made up for it with an upgraded room as well as free drinks. They stop guest visits around 7PM. I would definitely come back but trim the days.

We have been there in the kids club where the birthday was organised. Wonderful place with wonderful team. The garden open air area with some farm animals, small carting and huge space for the kids to run and have fun. The food was tasty and in enormous quantity. We have spent an amazing afternoon there . Thank you Adil and team . If you are looking to organise your kid’s birthday- it is a place !!!

Me and my wife spent 5 days at the hotel.
We enjoyed our stay, the buffet had a good variety of food and the staff was helpful in every way.

There is a free shuttle if you want to visit the city.

I would recommend the all inclusive package as it adds to the experience (free drinks, cocktails and snacks)

Highly recommended hotel for your stay in Marrakech. 20 minutes out of the centre with a free shuttle bus service. The all inclusive was a bit confusing at first but everything we asked reception we had an immediate and helpful response. The staff are all amazing. We arranged a private tour to Ouzoud waterfalls with Rachid Excursions through reception and it was excellent. Reception advised us on how to get to the markets. The hotel caters for events as well as tourists so it could go from really quiet to very busy in an instant, but we enjoyed the vibe this gave and service didn't change however busy they were. Thank you to all the wonderful staff. The earthquake was on our last night and the hotel rallied to clean rooms, serve breakfast and get everything back to normal extremely quickly and professionally.

Barceló is a beautiful place, there are very clean rooms, there is a garden, and people with wheelchairs have access to the vehicle, which is a good thing.

A beautiful hotel everybody is kind and comforting, nothing is too much trouble. Youssef’s entertaining was great, he is lovely and really friendly!

A very lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful, food is amazing, all you can eat who wouldn't lovely that! Definitely recommend a relaxing holiday stay here.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful week we spent in Marrakech with you. We were a group of 87 guests with a very complex agenda, consisting of 4 days of business and 2 days of entertainment. Throughout our stay, your team displayed nothing but professionalism and dedication.

I would like to thank Souad in particular, who was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. I truly believe that I have made a friend in Morocco! I would also like to express my appreciation to Soufiane, who promptly assisted me with my tech requirements, providing my team with three screens for our workshop within minutes of my request. Azzi was also a hero, always there to move tables around and set up meeting rooms exactly as I wanted, even providing breaks for my team at a moment's notice. His dedication was truly impressive.

I am also grateful to Youssef, who was always willing to help me with any questions regarding the entertainment. I would like to thank Yosef, the front desk and the housekeeping teams for ensuring that all 87 of us had rooms available upon our arrival. I remember that there were 91 departures that day, and I had never seen such coordination before.

Ismail and Simo arranged some beautiful menus for the Gala dinner, ensuring that each person received the right dish. The Gala dinner was a success! And last but not least, the amazing team from the bar who were always happy to make a mojito for us.

I cannot say enough about how incredible your team is. I cannot wait to visit you again.

Had a great experience at Barcelo Palmeraie. Staff were helpful, attentive and always smiling. A great shout out to Hicham and Sara who manage the bar and were always cheerful and professional. Excellent customer service always. Keep it up 💯

We were greeted with a warm welcoming smile, staff are wonderful, can't do enough for you especially Sara, Yousaf and Osama. All the staff were amazing. High standard throughout with service and cleanliness. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great its what I expected from Barcelo, but the location was not ideal for our trip as it was very far from the center or the trains. The rooms are far from the lobby, staff was super friendly and willing to take you to your room in the golf cart.

Superb hotel. Soak up the great service, sun, beautiful swimming pools especially the adult quiet area ‘Zen’ pool. This hotel has lots of SPACE…spacious dining areas, spacious gardens, rooms are spread about the estate. The hotel is ideal for a serene, very laid back luxury stay.
We have a 2 year old child; she loved the children’s club. Inside this area is a nursery with 1 to 1 carers, extra cost of €20 for the morning or more for all day. Better than any nursery in U.K. Child loved the patient, attentive carers & spacious play area, even had go karts & menagerie.
Only one criticism of this hotel; although the food & wine is very good..for adults, but very little on offer for young children. Pasta often run out as part of show (slow) cooking, despite long line of kids..all there was apart from chicken nuggets & chips everyday! I worked out we paid even more for full board for the child than for us adults once she is added in via Love Holidays, she often left the restaurant hungry. I hope Barcelo take a look at this food provision & pricing for small children as would love to return.

Amazing time with Yousef and Kalid in Barcelo Palmeraie! Such wonderful hosts and we felt at home in their company. We did yoga, aqua aerobics and dancing! Sara was wonderful and gave us so much attention! Sara knew our order every night with our drinks! We look to returning! Thank you everyone!

Our very first time in Marrakech and we could not have chosen a better hotel/resort. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They try to help you all the time and even if some of them don't speak good English/Spanish, they make such an effort to understand you and help you. Food is great. We did half boarding and both buffet were full of lovely food. So much variation! The rooms are very clean. There is a free bus service every hour till the evening so you can go and visit the beautiful markets and the city. There are 3 pools, one of them for kids and other one for just grown ups. Spa. There is also a little shop with some souvenirs and some essentials. The young lady there was so nice. There are also 2 different restaurants (apart of the hotel one) and because we stayed in the hotel, they offer tou a discount. It was our very first time here... most definitely not the last one. Looking forward planning our next break in this beautiful country and beautiful hotel

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, providing great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Their level of service was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and enjoyment during my stay.
