Eden Lodges

Great hotel secluded and peaceful. Rooms are clean and fully stocked air con, tv fridge, hairdryer and expresso machine. Plenty of water. Staff are fantastic. There is internet in rooms and across the complex at no extra cost. Breakfast was great. It is. Gated complex so very safe. But nothing around it but supermarket is a short taxi ride away. It’s about 30 minutes to city centre. Main swimming pool and jacuzzi plus a side quiet pool. Towels are provided. We will be back as this was just a stop over for us. Highly recommended Jamal and the staff here. Nothing too much trouble. Jamal speak excellent English.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Eden Lodges! On arrival we were welcomed by Mehdi and told that we should feel as comfortable as though we are at our own home - this was no exaggeration! We really were made to feel like we were a part of the family. We informed them that my wife was pregnant and they were so very mindful and considerate throughout all aspects of our stay. Mehdi even provided us with an upgraded room so that we would have access to every comfort that that they could provide us with.

Most of our interactions were with Simo (Mohammed), a welcoming and energetic member of the team, always happy to help no matter how big or small our request! I noticed his "Valar morghulis" Tattoo and I realised that, like me - he was a huge Game of Thrones fan, we had so much fun talking about our favourite scenes, actors and all of the hypothetical ways the last episode could have been improved. Simo, also helped us plan our travels and excursions. He was especially knowledgeable about the history of Morocco, and being a descendent of the Berber people, he taught us so much about the various cultures throughout Morocco and their respective histories.

On a few of the days we also we tended to by Badar who was very warm and kind member of the team. On one of the mornings we had a very early morning excursion. Badar was kind enough to take it upon himself to prepare a packed breakfast so that we would not be hungry in the morning.

Overall Simo and the team took great care of us and accommodated our every request with a huge smile on their face. I don't generally like to visit the same place twice but I would genuinely love to come back again, not only for the beautiful hotel but especially for the amazing people who work there! I have travelled to a great many places and had a range of experiences, however the service I received from Simo is one that I will always remember and as long as he is there I have no doubt that the service will be second to none.

I would highly recommend that anyone staying here also get the breakfast included! They make a spectacular omelette with local spices that I have tried to recreate (unsuccessfully) ever since my visit. They have wonderful fresh fruits, juices and hot drinks and they we really did eat until our bellies were full. For dinner we mostly ended up eating on our excursionss so at the hotel we only had the opportunity to try the mixed grill, burgers and Tajine - all of which we enjoyed.

It is worth noting, is that the Hotel is located in a nice and quite area on the outskirts of the city however this means it would require for us to take a car ride to all of the popular tourist sites. The hotel are always happy to arrange a nice private vehicle service for us. However we found it to be cheaper to use a (less comfortable) city taxis - we ended up finding a reasonable taxi driver who was happy for us to call/whatsApp whenever we needed a ride.

This place was incredible, mostly due to the excellent customer service and hospitality of Mohammed who was a pleasure to meet. Thank you once again and until we meet again 👍

We had a really nice stay at Eden Lodge. Very professional service, a beautiful bedroom, and a nice pool to relax by. I recommend to anyone travelling to Marrakech

A hidden gem in the middle of palm trees, quiet place, very friendly and professional staff. I do recommend this haven of peace and relaxation

Un séjour de rêve. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse, accueillant et toujours disponible. Le restaurant, en salle ou autour de la piscine, est excellent. Cet hôtel est un lieu de détente, au calme, au milieu d'un très joli parc parfaitement entretenu. Le tout à une dizaine de kilomètres du centre de Marackech. Je compte y retourner

Hôtel niché au milieux de la palmeraie, vous y trouverez le calme pour vous détendre.
Le personnel y est disponible, souriant et agréable.

Nous avons perdu un objet de luxe chez Eden Lodge, nous sommes retourner à cet endroit afin de le retrouver. Malheureusement, rien y fait. L’équipe a tout fait pour le retrouver jusqu’à même que le responsable revisionne la vidéo surveillance de TOUTE notre journée, grâce à quoi nous avons pu récupérer cette objet de valeur ! Encore merci à Karim pour son accueil. Superbe expérience auprès de Eden lodge. Pas beaucoup de monde, idéal pour une journée reposante ☺

Nous avons passé 2 nuits au Éden Lodge et tout était parfait, petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux, déjeuner au bord de la piscine excellent aussi, de bon produits et un service attentionné !
Les chambres/ lodge sont tres bien décorées, spacieuses et parfaitement propres.
Tout le personnel de l’hôtel a été au petits soins avec nous et nous ont permis de passer un moment merveilleux, je recommande à 100% !

Nous avons passé un séjour de 4 jours fabuleux dans cet endroit idyllique et magique, un service plus que parfait ! Une ambiance génial, et pour couronner le tous, un chef de qualité qui envoie des petits et des grands plats revisités à merveille ! Resort molto bello. Camere enormi e lussuose ispirate alle tende berbere, con patio. Personale gentilissimo a partire dal direttore Kemal. Cene superiori rispetto a molti ristoranti esterni e atmosfera rilassante sul bordo piscina.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, on aurait aimé rester plus longtemps !
Petit complexe à taille humaine, le personnel est aux petits soins, la nourriture est de qualité, très calme, les lodges sont propres et spacieux, de belles terrasses et beaux jardins fleuris !

Très bel hôtel au calme un peu en retrait de Marrakech avec une piscine agréable et des bains à remous à disposition ! Le lit est de qualité ++. Personnel adorable, souriant, serviable et aux petits soins (merci Simour). Côté bouffe, commandez l’épaule d’agneau, elle est à tomber!

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits à l'Eden Lodge et nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. L'accueil, la gentillesse, la disponibilité, tout a été incroyable ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et très jolies. La propreté dans les chambres et l'hôtel est impeccable. Le petit déjeuner et la restauration sont excellents et copieux. Une surprise d'anniversaire a même été organisée pour mon mari. Bref, tout a été parfait ! Un très grand merci à toute l'équipe :
Soufiane, Bada, Simon et Kamal pour leur extrême gentillesse. Un excellent souvenir et séjour.
